Very good advice and so true about not letting a relapse become full addiction cos time flies by. For me it turned into 4 years of madness! And yes I destroyed everything I built up in 12 years of abstinence prior. But I’m 5 weeks clean again now and learning how to live again. Trying not to regret is hard but it will only affect our efforts. Support from others who are or have been going through this is vital to know we’re not alone and things will get better. Thanks for all your support and time helping others.

Great video Ryan. I was just talking to a family member about this a couple of days ago. I injured my knee and back last week but i hav'nt yet taken any of the pain killers the doctors gave me so I have given them to a family member (not to use) to get rid of. I guess I'm going to take the pain. But still smiling and feel great that I have given the painkillers to my family member. I'm not having that demon trying to creep back into my life. Thanks brother as always love your video. You know I'm a huge supporter of you and all the hard work and dedication you put in to all you do. 👍👌

You always have the chance to start over. Smokers are encouraged to make 3quit dates. I am not sober but I'm far from the person I was. I'm working on better tomorrows . Better than who I am today.

Ryan is/was such a welcome blessing to me when I first found him. It kills me that he is not either us anymore. He had an amazing soul. When I first was trying to get clean from 200+mg oxy a day Ryan was the guy!!
Unfortunately I relapsed. It happened. Been using for a month now and I definitely feel the WDs happening. Wish me the best.
Thanks again, Ryan. We all miss you my guy.

Man I made it 6 years clean and loved my life but my mum passed and I took one of her morphine pills and boom right back in the hell. I’m 60 hours clean so here we go again
