හොද වැඩසටහනක්.මම ගරාජ් එකක වැඩ පුරුදුවෙන කාලේ මම කෝස් එකක් කලා.එක ඉවරවෙලා මට ඒ වැඩ ටික කරන්න පුලුවන් කියලා ආත්ම ශක්තියක් තියෙන නිසා මම ගිහින් බොසාට කිව්වා පරන වාහන වලම වයරින් වැඩ කරල එපා වෙලා මට අලුත් වාහනත් හදන්න ඕනා කියලා.එක කිව්වහම මට කිව්වා ඔයට වඩා පරන කට්ටියත් තම පරන වාහන හදනවා තව කල් ඉන්න කියලා.මම තීරණය කලා තව දුරටත් මෙතන රැදිලා ඉන්න එක තේරුමක් නෑ කියලා.එහෙම එලියට බැහැපු මම අද පොඩියට හරි මගේම ගරාජ් එකක් අයිතිකාරයෙක්.

And the interesting part is they are going to learn it now. I was faced with this situation in 2018...😊

Very true . My first job the people were horrible. Stayed stagnant for 8 years. Finally I was able to break free . Be very careful of whom you work with. I have mostly work with high skill low will people. I can't stress enough how much this can influence other be it our mental status. Work environment everything they can influence.

true that, my second company i choose in my early stage of career was horrible, there wear managers who joined as sales rep with the company and got promoted over the period of time ,may be 15 to 20 years they have worked for the company, they treat freshers as infant, always laughed what we do or tell in at the meetings,or in the field ,they wanted us not to do any thing new or have new ideas in the dept. some times our mistakes take up as that the mistake cause to close down the company ,seriously made them us frustrated ,finally our department wear closed, but most of newly joined people like me had a fear to go and joined with the another company becoz we thought every mangers will treat us same way ,luckily i got good boss and very good company ,but some are still struggling with past experience they faced ,plz mangers and other seniors don't do that, its one human's life ,and feature ,really sad when i recall some incident we face that period . simple book, you are doing a grate job ,thanks a lot.
