almost looks like the clutch is still partially biting, perhaps a clutch adjustment or the release bearing pads getting thin maybe

    hello derek
    thank you fore your support.
i try to explain the problem in englisch.
i have look into the clutch housing and the plates comes 100% free.
also i cant find any oil. so thats not the problem.
also when the tractor is off and i put in the clutch.
i can turn the gears with a pin so the plate comes free
and are replaced 2 hours ago because this problem but it has not solved the problem
in the beginning of the movie you see a little force on the gears. so that's ok.
only when i drive a little bit reverse on 33 second and i want to shift in neutral. you see a lot of force on the gears.
and that's not gone way what i do.
    regard henk

its not clear what you are demonstrating here.
I take it the problem is the gearbox clattering when selecting a gear if so they do clatter as normal it depends how bad it is,
Remember its a crash box no syncro here.
However if it is bad its the clutch that's dragging, its not completely releasing from the flywheel.
    Three possibilities,
First most probable and very common the clutch has some oil on the plate and its sticking to the flywheel remedy new clutch plate check the rear engine oil seal for leaking its a rope seal.
Second not unknown the clutch plate is distorted or the rivets have come loose making the plate springy remedy new clutch plate.
Third not common can happen the adjuster bolts on the clutch release fingers have come loose or dropped out or are badly adjusted. refit new bolts and or adjust.
There is a split cotter pin underneath the bell housing for the clutch. Go under the bell housing and move the pin with a pair of plyers to clear the hole out if oil drips out the rear oil seal has gone.
Under the centre of the tractor is a metal plate with 4 large bolts. If you remove this plate
you can see up inside the clutch and see the clutch release bolts. TAKE THE KEY OUT AND PUT IT IN YOU POCKET BEFORE YOU DO THIS so no one can flick the starter while you are under there.
    good luck regards Derek

get a manual. sounds lke the pump is worn. am doing the pump, bearings, sprag and clutches for 2 grand. but I saw the problem coming when I got it. Rebuilding it myself, I worked for mf in the 70s.
