to create a dual boot on your laptop, then in Windows, open up Disk Management, and right click your C: partition and shrink it. Shrink it so that you'll end up with two different partitions of desired size. A Linux partition usually don't need to be big, but I have mine on 90GB just so that I don't have to care about it, and I still have plenty left for my Windows partition which requires a lot more. After that, you can follow this video, until you need to choose the partition, and then you choose "manually" instead. When you have chosen "manually", pick the new partition you just created. If you have partitioned correctly, you can choose which OS you want to boot. My DELL laptop automatically puts me in a boot menu where I choose, but maybe you need to press F2, F10, or F12 manually each boot, depends on the laptop

This is so strange. The kali download is 4gb. My flash drive is 32gb. For some reason the download is apparently too big for the flash drive. This is making my brain ache.
Your USB is probably formatted in Fat32 that has a 4GB file size limit. You can reformat it in eXfat or NTFS. Careful, when you format it, you will loose any data on it

Try to change the BIOS settings to include Legacy boot. Careful, this might break the boot record, so proceed at your own risk

Try to change the boot to Legacy. You can also disable secure boot and change the boot order to kali
On select and install there is only 2 options and none of them are for gui all tutorials are not working cause I have no WiFi on Linux

If you don't have access to a wired connection to download the updates, you can always try an external WIFI USB dongle
