This is not peelu or what ever. It has been explained by ustad m Hassan himself that it based on raag Nutt Bheron. Other than that he( hariharan) messed up the nots and rendition most of the time . To sing Mehdi Hassan is beyond humans . He was just one in a CENTuRY.
Hari haran is not succeeding to perform this ghazal. Bohat pheekay sur lagay hain. Aur Adaigi bhi wrong kar rahay hain. Sorry but it’s not a style of ghazal.

It’s not raag nut bhairoon dear. We can say it charu kaishi and peelu mixture.
Some things should not be trifled with. No one can come close to Khan Saab so don’t even try.
