Great video, and absolutely nice hiking weather. Not too hot and not too cold! Beautiful scenery! As usual the banter was there as it always is with Tim 🤣🤣🤣🤣. You must have been up early to upload this one 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Keep em coming!

Thank you, most gracious sir! We were very blessed with the weather in the end, it did rain all night, but I find that makes it cozier and actually helps me sleep. Atb. Bri.

Great video lads 👍you spoke about a lot of concerning issues. Its not conspiracy theory at all its facts and people are blind if they cannot see it however i am Old enough to know what a blue summer sky should look like but if you was born in the past 30 years it would appear that Chentrails are normal . All the insects and caterpillars have disappeared and we all know about the Bees and Butterflies ( Obviously nothing to do with what they are spraying 😷) Those bloody midgies seem to be ok though .Do you listen to Richie Allen ? If not you will like him because he is a proper journalist unlike some of the Bell Ends that the BBC and Sky employ and some of his guests are amazing unlike some of the arrogant Etonian tits that the BBC bring on to reinforce the BS they like to spout. Check out Ritchie Allen show live Monday to Thursday from 4pm to 6pm
You will love Alport Castles and Alport Valley and its an ace Hike if you come up from Old Glossop and head over that way , camp on the Castle area then head up over Kinder the following day and catch the train back from Edale. Its best done in early spring or late Autumn though because the Ferns grow massive in Alport valley and impede on the pleasure of the walk, i have been in less dense jungles.
    Keep em coming 😉

Thought I'd replied to your awesome comment, but it's nowhere to be found- weird. Anyway, many thanks for what you've said here, I have heard of Richie Allen, but have not checked him out yet, but I will do after your recommendation. I have various alternative media sources that I trust, the mainstream media are the propaganda mouthpieces for the New World Order boys, so I stopped listening years ago. Thanks for the guidance regarding Alport Castles, that's very helpful.

Thanks Mats, yeah it really did turn out great, the rain was actually very welcome as it sent me to sleep, it's a very cosy sound to me. It seems there's quite a few folks that are on the same page regarding our discussion, it makes me feel hopeful that people are waking up to these things! I really enjoyed our chat as well, I'm sure there is much we could talk about so I hope I see you out on a future hike 🙂

@@Glossopwildcamp Ah, only just seen this mate.. been up in the hills for two days! 👍 Sounds and looks like you had an amazing camp.. I relate to your love of it so much. And maybe, quite possibly likely, we'll see you again as our adventures cross paths again sometimes. 😊 All the best you guys. ⛺💚

Great video, was this camp from Friday just gone? I noticed the rainbow and we were up on Fairbrook Naze Friday camped up on the edges near the mushroom rock.

Yes it was, we noticed there were a couple of one man tents just a stone's throw from us. We might have inadvertently seen you, if so I'm sorry we didn't get to chat! Thanks for watching 😊

Absolutely brilliant! Wonderful views, beautifully filmed. We love the humour, philosophical discussions and banter. So glad you had good weather (but for the inevitable chilliness!!). You could try peppermint oil for the midges, they really don't seem to like it. Many thanks indeed Bri! 👍😄 (we totally agree about the weather and other matters - something is definitely awry!!)

    Where clints meet grykes.! Wonderful.

Thank you, speaking of clints and grykes, I asked Tim whilst we were on this camp if he'd been to Malham Cove. The best limestone pavement I've ever seen.

Top video Bri with some great footage of the surroundings. I especially liked the Champion fuelled Grassy Knoll/Kennedy talk.🙂
That rock around the 27 min mark, me and Kev call it the Tiger Tank.👍
Also, I could be wrong but I think that you would be better off heading for Crookstone Knoll, rather than the 7 min crossing, for Mad Woman's Stones.

    • @Glossopwildcamp
      @Glossopwildcamp  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Thanks Steve, glad you enjoyed it, we do get through some subjects, Tim and I! Thanks for the heads up regarding Mad Womans Stones, I trust your advice completely mate 👍

@@Glossopwildcamp If you go up the Nab way to the plateau Bri, and then turn tight and follow the edge path towards Crookstone Knoll, you should see Mad Woman's Stones on your left, a few hundred yards from the main path.👍

I feel next camp is needing a whisky review. 👍
