Btw when they said “he’s turning the blacks keys white” they mean like he actually played white notes instead of all black notes as was written in the actual piece for the right hand, which meant they changed the note arrangement so that it would resemble the song almost exactly the same, only now the right hand also plays white notes.

Animenz isn´t the best, his interpretations are not the best. He does play good but there comes a point when you have to show what you think of the music... That is what is bugging me out about him, he just plays it... In addition are his music choices which don´t have the "essence" of the music.

Frédéric Chopin someone that Can’t read sheet music (op. 10 no. 5 is played wrong. The piece is nicknamed black key’s becaus the right hand only plays the black key’s. But in this scène the piece is played with only the white key’s. Meaning they played it in the key of c (or in G/F). The song is also played in a way way slower Temp (at least in the first time he played it).

Animenz isn´t the best, his interpretations are not the best. He does play good but there comes a point when you have to show what you think of the music... That is what is bugging me out about him, he just plays it... In addition are his music choices which don´t have the "essence" of the music.
I get what you mean. I was mostly kidding :p but you can't deny that he is pretty skilled. But I do get what you mean by "Just playing it" and not having "the 'essence' of music." I admit that he does lack a little bit of that. But there are some songs by him that I feel and hear that musical essence. But, yeah. I know that that is something that a lot of musicians lack.

Came here again after knowing Kyungsoo will do the remake for this film. I don't expect him to play everything by himself (I mean, kudos to Jay Chou), but I trust his acting. Now I'm curious whether they'll keep the original score or create a new score.
