- This from episode 78, "Barney and the Governor" where Barney is goaded into ticketing the governor's limousine for parking in a 'No Parking' zone. The chauffeur is played by Ron Howard's father Rance Howard.
What a car, what a Cadillac!.WOW! What a deputy, always on his feet never baking down!
That's Rance Howard (Ron's dad) as the chauffeur.
I had no idea. He so looks like Ronny.

Barney Fife did the right thing he was doing his job rules are made for a reason this episode is also funny when Barney and Mayor Stoner get drunk from the spiked spring water LOL LOL LOL .
Why play music so you cant hear the words?
I can do without the theme music. I'm more interested in the dialogue.
