I recently swapped a Sony A7C for a Fujifilm XH1. It has been the best move yet. Like yourself I love that I don't have to process raw files and can focus more on working with the JPEGs and shooting. I love the Fuji eco-system, I never should have left it in the first place.
A real classic, just like the XPro2 and the X-T20. I have all three bodies and I don't feel like a newer model from Fuji. Have fun with the X-E3, and best regards.
I love my A7IV with its AMAZING lowlight capabilities, dynamic range and flawless AF, it’s like a Rolls Royce! But truthfully my little X-E4 is loads more fun to walk around with, AND for traveling I just slip that tiny little camera into my carryon, also packing the 18-55mm-the X-E4 does shoot f-log which, along with its lens’ OIS actually makes for a highly capable video camera. I absolutely adore my little X-E4! Great video🙏
Great film. To be honest, Hasselblad & Fujifilm GFX medium format make the Full Frame argument totally irrelevant. The XE3, XT2, XH1 cameras are perfectly good, with a great sensor, producing perfectly good output to present to clients, hang in galleries, etc. So I'm going to say it, the 'Full Frame is best argument' is generally made by those who don't shoot for their living and enjoy pixel peaking, or have never tried anything else, thus rendering their opinion pointless.
@@ViewsofHarry Very good price for the X3. Paid too much for the lens. I want the XE3. I have an XE1. Slow but produces wonderful images. The XE4 has run up in price related to the X100V hysteria. I think it went PASM and simplified the button placements. The 3 for me. Mask On Nurse Marty (Ret)
In the future, if you want pictures that have more depth, background separation, bokeh, etc. I recommend just picking up a little prime lens or a lens with a smaller aperture number (f/1.8, f/2, f/2.8, etc)!
@@Shoe89 I’m using a NEEWER 1/8 filter rn, but thinking of getting a Tiffen 1/4 Black Pro-Mist since I use Tiffen filters on other my cameras and lenses, and I prefer the effects of those better
Personally I think it comes down to weather sealing vs portability. The X-T2 is compact and lightweight but the X-E3 is even lighter. However, the X-E3 lacks weather sealing. If you want the peace of mind when travelling and the weather changes or walking around in light drizzles, the X-T2 is the one. Pair it with a weather resistant lens and you’re good. If you plan on using this just casually and only in good or fair weather conditions, maybe the X-E3’s even more compact and lightweight body could be a good choice. I’ve never had an X-T2 so I can’t really comment on just how much lighter the X-E3 is.
@@deepanjaypaul3619 I have not used this camera for video. It does record in 4K 30fps, but I have not personally tested the video quality of it. My main focus with this camera is photo.
Lovely shots. I have an xe3 too. A very underrated camera.
Thanks!
I have xe3 too. I like it and carry in my bag everyday
I just bought an xe3 to give my dear x70 a break. Also to have other perspectives. The xe3 is a beautiful camera... Thanks for your video!

Very cool! So all the video is shot on your Canon and the stills are from the X-E3?
Yup! All videos are from the R6 Mk II and the photos are from my X-E3!
What thumb grip are you using? Fantastic video and shots thank you
Thanks! I use the Haoge THB-X4S thumb grip and I got it from Amazon

nice how much did you get it for?
I paid about $800 for the body and the lens ($400 for body and $400 for lens). Got it from mpb.com

Great video! what lense do you use for your xe3?
I use the XF 23mm f/2 with a diffusion filter
and what diffusion filter you are using? @@ViewsofHarry
@@Aurimaso I have a 1/8 black diffusion filter
Will it ok if i using xe3 with lens kit :( i really love fujifilm and the colors of picture take by fuji bring for my soul feel healing
The kit lens is a good place to start! Play around with the lens and the film simulations and find your style and you’ll get great results!

Just replaced my X-T2 by a new X-E3 today. Much more lighter, compact and same performance to me.

Yes it can!
is it a all sooc file?
Yup, all shots are sooc
