I recently found out i have high blood pressure, still wasn’t enough for me to get moving. Found ads to your video on Pinterest. Decided to give it a go. I love how I can do them at home and on my own time as I can’t afford going to the gym right now. I don’t feel like I need to be a super woman to try them, however it does bring me motivation every video I complete. Thank you kindly, Deborah.
The workouts help my depression but even though I know this, sometimes just taking my head off the pillow is a challenge. Try to commit to at least 10 min each day to start with. Mornings for me are best but if I can't pull it off any time works. 10 min... It can change things. That's how I started 4 years ago. It helped. I hope it helps you.🩷
I love your workouts. Your wobbly thigh exercise routine appeared on my home page one day on TH-cam (as I was previously doing daily exercise with another person). I started following you also and absolutely LOVE your routines!!! Thanks
Petra, thank you for the wobbly thighs video. I see a big change in my thighs, these thighs have toned up tremendously. Thank you so much, I just had to be patient and consistent.

Hi I Just did 3 of your wirkouts in a row. Tummy arms and legs really good. I like the 30 second marches in between to regain breath and Energy.
