This is by far one of the best episodes. Josh Brolin is one of my all time favorite actors, realized lately, so this was awesome to see! Shouts to Joe and Josh for this great conversation! 🙌💪😤
I was lucky enough to meet Josh last year while he was here in Scotland. Incredibly humble, down to earth, and all-around cool guy. It was an absolute pleasure to talk to him.
@Chadhogan111 I think he was visiting with his family. I wanted to respect his privacy, so I didn't ask anything personal. He was more interested in the building and its artefacts. Took a moment to realise it was him, but his voice is very distinctive
Ive met loads of famous people up Loch Lomond on my boat. I have mooring access for the golf courses too, met loads of famous people there a lot of them actually come talk to me about the boat. I have an Orange and White Mayland called the tonic. Everyone loves it because it looks like a small tug boat, gets more attention than my big boat. Im a boat builder btw
Me too! This felt like when I was a kid and would sit around listening to my dad and his buddies just talk about anything and everything. Just a couple of dudes hanging out
I really dig the organic format of Josh asking a lot of the questions. It’s cool to hear Rogan tell stories. Such a passionate individual. A lot of the times I forget just how much knowledge the dude has since he mostly in lesrning mode.
I’ve trusted Joe since my first time hearing him before social media really took off. This is fkn crazy! This conversation between Joe and Josh is easily one of my favorite episodes! I love hearing Joe’s experiences!
Just wanted to say to Josh Brolin, you were so kind to me and my family on set and we'll always be fans! It was cool to see you treat people who weren't high status or important so well.
What? You don't like hearing people talk for 3 hours about planting trees in another country or the protein content in meats? Or the ins and outs of helicopter assembly?

Might have been the best episode by far. A true conversation between men and I couldn't get enough of it. You could tell these two guys had a chemistry that can't be explained in words. You just know.
Two guys with no inferiority complexes who have a ton of money and know hundreds of other powerful people. Plus it helps to be intelligent and good looking.
@@theoriginal.Bobbyd No inferiority complexes? One is Joe Rogan and the other is a professional actor - they absolutely have inferiority complexes. Why else would they be where they are if they didn't?

I would like to talk to you more privately and how you feel about my movies we at you think should be added please you’re my fan I need advice from y’all. I’ll be glad to give you me email to talk better you know I get busy and don’t get the time to come on here all the time.
Brolin seems like one of the coolest and most down to earth dudes around. Rare for Hollywood. Good for him. Excited to finish this ep up tomorrow!
Haha! 😂 Okay.
He's got a huge amount of TDS.
Nepo baby he grew up in Hollywood so he has the inside view
Remember that weird ass poem he wrote to Timothy chalamet
I put him up there with Denzel confidently because he damn near matches the lead role of every movie he's in..a professional of his craft and inspiring to see more of him

An interesting interview ruined yet again for the last hour because Joe wants to force MMA discussions.
Damn I wanted some Sicario and Taylor Sheridan discussion
…there’s like 3-4 time stamps really in this lol
This is by far one of the best episodes. Josh Brolin is one of my all time favorite actors, realized lately, so this was awesome to see! Shouts to Joe and Josh for this great conversation! 🙌💪😤
If you interview Josh Brolin, you will also be interviewed.
I love that about Josh.
"do you like garbanzo beans?"
I was lucky enough to meet Josh last year while he was here in Scotland. Incredibly humble, down to earth, and all-around cool guy. It was an absolute pleasure to talk to him.
What was he doing in Scotland?
@Chadhogan111 I think he was visiting with his family. I wanted to respect his privacy, so I didn't ask anything personal. He was more interested in the building and its artefacts. Took a moment to realise it was him, but his voice is very distinctive
Shit. How'd I miss that?
Ive met loads of famous people up Loch Lomond on my boat. I have mooring access for the golf courses too, met loads of famous people there a lot of them actually come talk to me about the boat. I have an Orange and White Mayland called the tonic. Everyone loves it because it looks like a small tug boat, gets more attention than my big boat. Im a boat builder btw
This guy is unintentionally funnier and friendlier than most of Joe's 'comics' friends
A fent out bum shitting his guts out in an alley is funnier than Burt Kreischer
He's friends with Ryan Reynolds. Some of DP rubbed off on him.
most of the comics in JRE are so unfunny idk why

I love Josh’s voice. He would make great podcaster. Quirky sense of humor, humble and no Hollywood Bs. Great stories. Keep on sharing.
Considering Josh Brolin's role in the best movie every created, The Goonies... This was a huge podcast, with a living legend...
Conversations are so much better than interviews
I'm gonna say it, Josh would be an incredible podcast host. So chill and inquisitive.
This has to be the BEST line up of guest of all time. Joe you’re on FIRE SON
He needs to bring Alex Jones on and it’ll be the greatest line up of all time
@@MasonRegal Yessir!
Jones is controlled opposition@@MasonRegal
@ I really don’t care man, I don’t watch Alex jones for facts or advice, he just makes for one of the most entertaining podcast guests of all time.
The trump and Vance interviews were not that great. Cream puff interviews full off 🐂 💩 artistry 😂
I can always tell when Joe truly loves the guest and the conversation. And this is definitely that!
Damn, I didn't want this podcast to end. Brolin is a cool fucking dude.
Me too! This felt like when I was a kid and would sit around listening to my dad and his buddies just talk about anything and everything. Just a couple of dudes hanging out
😎
Brolin is one of my favorite actors, Such a full on guy !!
He's an insane far leftist tho sadly
Brolin was in Superbad??
😂@@MrAngryrooster
That is truly a sign of a persons true character as to how they treat people no matter what their place or status in life is .
What film set was it?
THIS. This is the JRE we all love and can't get enough of.
JRE is back to being magical
What? You don't like hearing people talk for 3 hours about planting trees in another country or the protein content in meats? Or the ins and outs of helicopter assembly?
I agree.
A sit down with Stallone would be interesting as well 👌
Stallone is looking more and more like his mom
Loool EY KID!!?!?!
Remember Stallone in South Park 😭😭😭😭😭
Sadly, we would need subtitles for Stallone these days lol
Or Arnold 💯
Same with Pacino
My 1st time, experiencing Joe Rogan talk so much. Loved this show, Josh a beast too. Must respect to them!
Brolin is such an underrated star. Hes been the main in some epic flims of all times
The Goonies, Thrashin, No country for old men, DiCaprio, And he was underrated in Nightwatch
Only the brave is a good one too
@brianmeen2158 Doesn't get the recognition he deserves, but maybe it's bc he doesn't want it. Either way hellva actor
Did the definition for underrated change?
@123risekenny underrated is relative but I mean how many awards has Brolin won? Or how many times has he been give recognition? I bet not a lot of people know he played Thanos
It happens very rarely, but watching Joe Rogan be on the back foot with a guest is thoroughly entertaining. Josh ran that interview.😊
I think that's what Joe wants from his guests, he adapts to each guest.
This is one of the greatest ones I've seen. I've seen alot but not all. I'm buying Josh's book right now.
The Best Podcast Are when joe realy naturally vibes with a guest. This one is one of them. Love it
Thanks for being a fan of me may god continue to bless and protect you for been a fan of my movies and all the love and support you have shown to my career. I really appreciate.❤️❤️❤️

Really enjoyed that. Josh Brolin has always intrigued me, and of course being an 80s child I was obsessed with The Goonies. Love how he was asking Joe so many questions, and wanting more and more out of the conversation and not just settling with the first answers. Great job. Lee, UK
Brolin was also in Thrashin which is a cool 80s skateboard flick
Ever since Joe came back to TH-cam his guests have been absolutely top notch! It all began with Katt Williams.
So in other words, “started from the bottom now we here”?
The man read 7 books before 7pm!
Katt is funny, but he's got the worst case or God complex I have ever witnessed, worse than Kanye. Unbearable to listen to on Podcasts. 3 hours of bragging.
@@harrydavey9884 Katt blows. It was a long time ago but Greg Giraldo did the best roast of Katt, and really got under his skin. He was not laughing but it was funny as fuck.
@@harrydavey9884
Yes i notice that too, the guy act as he is some kind of a god, but i guess thats normal in hollywood. Yes also those things about diddy etc was nothing new everyone act as if katt interview who gave all the information when he just repeated whatever everyone else said before.
Also the funny part of all this. He never talked bad about the other people higher up in hollywood he did not dare he knows his limit he only spoke against people at his own level or below.
Brolin was very inspiring for me in many moments, stumbled upon this a few days after watching NC4OM… Brilliant at making the simple feel meaningful.
I never knew Josh Brolin was such a wild man. The intensity that comes off of him when he talks to you that’s a killer in disguise.
Glad I’m not the only one who sees it. You can tell he definitely has a side to him with an edge, but he’s worked hard on presenting himself as this very cool and genuine guy we see here. Love Brolin
He's had a big ass pair of shoes to fill considering who his dad is. The really cool thing is, he stepped into those shoes, and just kept on walking. Lol. There are several interviews that he's done in the past few years, which really makes him appear to be a cool fu*king dude. Cheers

I just love Josh's authenticity, real smooth. I could watch 10 hours.
I’ve seen Josh Brolin in and out of movies for my entire life. Never knew how cool and interesting he is. Now I know, and I’m grateful for it.
Josh Brolin is such a serious dramatic actor but, I genuinely lol plenty of times. These interviews are awesome, keep it up Joe!!

And yet he was so eager to talk about his book as he keeps mentioning it but Joe doesn't really go there 😂

Always nice to see an actor whose work you enjoy is a completely normal human being.

I served him and his wife iced americanos once. Nice guy. One of the few times I was surprised and excited to see a dude from some of my favorite movies. I didn’t tell him I knew who he was but was stoked lol.
That’s great that you just let him have his meal with his wife. I sure stars like this get people in their space way too much.
This is probably one of the best podcast Joe did so far. The flow, the aura and the synergy was great. Thanks!
Boys, this was a very refreshing thing to sit and watch after a full week of work. There are a shortage of good thoroughbred souls on this planet anymore. This was so refreshing and reigniting for me. I've been a full time professional drummer with all sorts of pop bands and rock bands for over 40 years and still teaching kids and playing. But there are a shortage of solid chaps around me now in Scotland with any kind of authenticity. So, Joe... if you'd like to sit down with a real Scottish man who has done his bit.. but still has a passion for life and being alive from this side of the ocean. Feel free to give me a shout brother. 💪🏻
May Jesus make a way for you to find those musical souls whom we have been blessed by throughout our decades upon this earth.
What?
Man ur obsessed
Has to be by far the best interactions in your show Joe. Josh, just fantastic. Both of you, I've got a script....
I super agree. Best one I've seen.
lol ha I got a script 😂😂🤣🤣
Always been one of my favorite actors . Now he's one of my favorite human beings.
This is match made in heaven, just two bros having a real conversation, if the left really wants to understand what JRE is and what real masculinity is, this is the podcast that exemplifies it in the best way possible.
The Left can't stand Joe Rogan or Elon Musk... now they may not tolerate Brolin... But remember they stand for tolerance 😂
They actively choose to not understand.
I'll give Brolin credit for coming in so soon after the election. It wont go over well in PedoWood
It sucks how divided you guys have become now. Hating and ridiculing each other in a way that has been normalised over long enough time that American adults were indoctrinated into that sort of bad behaviour since a young age.

It has to be done by Denis Villeneuve, otherwise…

A real show of humbleness ❤
First time in a long time I've heard anyone refer to the book "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance." I read it way back when I lived in California, owned a Honda Sabre 750 and would go riding with friends. Absolutely the very best times being out on the open road with that Power to get you to wherever you wanted to be... Loved it!
Great book. Read it in my early 20s and it made a big impact
I literally very rarely sit through an entire podcast in one session, but I could not turn it off
