Do I need to torque the nuts using torque wrench?

We recommend torquing the front strut tower nuts to 23nm or ~16ft/lb and the rear shock tower nuts to 15nm or ~11ft/lbs.

If you have stock strut top mounts, are the bolts long enough to support a strut bar?
