Shinya Ohira gotta be my favorite animator ever. If I were to describe his style of drawing I would call it "Impressionistic" reminiscent of the 1800s art movement. Both Norio and his style give the impression of an object or character but unlike Norio, you can see the detailed brushstrokes as if it's on a canvas and it makes it way more artful.
