How can we foreigners that are not in our motherland find it easily to attain a scholarship . That is maters program. Because they usually ask as some documents that we cannot get them here unless our motherland (Ghana). So please is there any different way that you can show as to follow. We are like 3 students in Russia that we wanna Apply. Thanks.🤗

These are 2 completely different. Visa info is found on the official embassy or high commission portal online with details on how to apply and the required documents. Some scholarships come with the offer: others, you also apply when you start your program.
You have to go to the website of the school you want to apply to, and they will give you what you need to have. Various schools have different requirements. I didn't write any of those exams for my graduate school application.
