This was my first drum beat to play it was 1 year ago. 😊 how I learned it was 1st bass kick and floor Tom 2nd was close the hi-hat. 3rd was snare and 4th was hi Tom once and floor 3 times. Boom scht tap boom boom boom. Really easy and fun. 😊 ah, the memories

Hey thanks! So I don't want to gush about a little compliment but once I did this training video for a parts manufacturer. It was a 3 day rush job and it was total crap. But everyone said "who did the voice over" because they thought it was awesome. Well actually I had this terrible cold so my voice dropped and was super scratchy. So it made me sound like a movie announcer. I was glad someone liked something about the video. Alas now I'm back to the nasaly child voice.
Really? You know what...I did download a trial app which I tried just before recording but in the end I used QuickTime and an audio cable going out my iPad into my recording interface. Quite an awesome free solution but the audio and video has to be sync'd in post. Not a problem for me as I run everything through Logic anyhow.

I have a mac and I just use QuickTime. I plug it in with the regular cable and select the iPad as the camera.
