yes, it's an old Iveco truck with Magirus 105 ft Tower Ladder / DLK 23/12. It's out of service and got replaced by a new Telescopic Platform by now

das weiß ich tatsächlich nicht, wahrscheinlich lag denen die Variante mitm Balken mehr, aber man hat sich für den Alkoven entschieden, wodurch dann auch die Elemente an der Seite dabei sind
