This has helped me know the true definition of Christian spirituality. This is fantastic. Thanks so much

Believe in god? How if this is done outside the church and outside the prayers and rituals? Some of the explanations sound circular

One more effort to hijack both words "christian" and "spiritual". To me personally one becomes one more version of Pharisee that presumes their OWN literal understanding (key word "literal") AS infallible (law)
I actually challenge anyone that claims to trust the Bible to listen to the Bible when it comes to the very word "spiritually" which I believe pretty clearly relates to how truth is imparted via the Word ALLEGORICALLY (Spiritually) rather than literally according to one's OWN understanding (imagination of the surface meaning) ...which so obviously is just all over the board! The HUGE elephant in the room so to speak is how very educated smart people from various denominations/churches/sects/groups/cults read the identical texts and yet individually (depending on their church etc) subscribe to radically different doctrine! Which is why I say it is to hijack the very words to impose literal understanding ON the definitions of those two words AS IF "Duh everyone KNOWS this is what this is" which of course has to be a flagrant lie!
Anyway I challenge you to start with this: The word "spiritually" which in the KJV is translated 3 times as such in english. Starting with the 3rd occurance in Revelation 11:8 (PLEASE read slowly carefully and with an open mind as if you don't assume to KNOW anything) "... And their dead bodies [shall lie] in the street of the great city, which SPIRITUALLY is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified...." OK? What did you notice? "our Lord" (Jesus right?) is crucified in "the great city called Sodom and Egypt" .....In Scripture IS Jesus crucified literally in either Sodom or Egypt?? OF COURSE NOT! But IF one trusts the Bible then one trusts it is so anyway ....literally? NO! But SPIRITUALLY? YES And thus now are you screwed (pardon my french) for ever again presuming that your literal (the letter) understanding is "Spiritual" Which brings us to the other two verses that employ the identical word translated as "Spiritually" and I think the admonishment easily seen IN the context of what "spiritually" means in Rev 11:8 just has to forever arrest and convict us in understanding from now on
1Cor 2:14 "... But the natural (unconverted/ non instructed) man receiveth NOT the things of the Spirit of God (the WORDS): for they are foolishness unto him: neither CAN he know [them], because they are SPIRITUALLY discerned..." (SPIRITUALLY/allegorically/poetically discerned NOT literally! NOT via "the letter") And finally the first occurance of "Spiritually" in Scripture?~~> Romans 8:6 "....For to be carnally minded [is] death; but to be SPIRITUALLY minded [is] life and peace....."
Now is it literally "death" to subscribe to literal Pharisee minded doctrine based on Scripture? Well other that every literal person dying eventually? No ...no matter what a person believes they pretty much will live and die physically all the same ....So the "death"? Spiritual ALLEGORICALLY ...which perfectly harmonizes with how literal understanding AS right "kills" in this passage~~> [2Cor 3:6 KJV] 6 Who also hath made us (the words) able ministers of the new testament; NOT of the letter (NOT of the literal), but of the spirit (the SPIRITUAL/allegorical): for the letter killeth (the literal KILLS) , but the spirit giveth life ("to be SPIRITUALLY minded is LIFE and peace)
Now I already know that no matter what sect of Christian a person is in this world, the above will not to tend to fit AT ALL....leaving YOU dear reader at a crossroads this very moment ...is your heart to believe men? Or to wait for truth via "the Spirit" (the SPIRITUAL)??
[2Co 6:17 KJV] 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean [thing]; and I will receive you,
