    오징어 회뜨는 영상을 꽤 봤는데도,
    이분처럼 깔끔하고 빠르게 먹을부분과 버릴부분을 정리하는 분은
    또 처음 봅니다. 그리고 몸통 써는 방식도 처음이에요. 식감 진짜 좋을것 같아요.

    이 분 제대로네~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 29년전 강원도 바닷가옆 , 잊혀지지않는~~~지금은 찿을 수도 없는 , 허름한 횟집의 그 분하고 방식이 같어~~~~~~~~~~ 오~~~~

    한국사람이지만 오징어 저렇게 회뜨는건 처음본다. 질긴부분을 전부다 끊어서 회를 뜨네... 정말 달인인듯.

    다른 오징어회 영상에 비해 이 분이 그래도 가장 실제 어촌 느낌이다. 솔직히 다른 영상은 버리는 부분이 너무 많고, 내가 어렸을 때 봐왔던 것과 다른 부분도 많은데 이 분은 연세가 있으신 분인지 모르겠으나, 옛날 방식에 가까워 굉장히 반가운 영상이다.

    이분을 인정해야 하는 이유가....
    먹을 수 있는 부분을 최대한 살리면서도 깔끔하고 신속하다는 점!
    보통은 여기저기 쑥덕쑥덕 잘라내는데 이분은 꼼꼼하게 벗겨내고 닦으면서 손질의 진수를 보여주는 내공이 짱!

    IDK... this was hard for me to watch... I always looked at Squid as extremely intelligent and beautiful creatures... It's like watching a dolphin being butchered while it is still alive.... tough for me to watch!!

    부산 해운대에 산오징어라는 횟집가면 오징어회 저런식으로 실처럼 얇게 떠주는데 진짜 입에 넣으면 녹아요 .... 저기에 날치알이랑 초장 섞어서 먹으면 그냥 아.... 아 부산 또 놀러가고싶네요
