Farhan had given a speech at those protests where anyone could have told that Farhan knows about the topic. Instead he chose to focus on the out of context clip of Farhan. The panel largely focused on that and it seems you missed it but I would further add that Farhan had posted multiple stories on his Instagram regarding those policies as well, which displayed that he had taken out the time to learn about the impact of CAA+ NRC ( chronology samjhiye 😉) but this Deepak guy has painted him as being there just for the sake of joining a protest. Shows the extremely superficial knowledge of Deepak guy and his assumptions that he projects upon others as being facts.

As an example, during 60s beedi workers staged a lot of struggles against the then prevailed condition. Mangalore based beedi tycoon ganesh beedi company used to have a private army of RSS who handled struggling workers. (Google search - Kannur Turmoil: Smouldering Beedi That Triggered Vicious Cycle Of Ferocity). Ganesh beedi shut shop after the struggle and to rehabilitate 12000 beedi workers Dinesh beedi coop society was formed.
So, beedi workers asking for a better wage is unthinkable for people like Sai Deepak. How dare workers stand up to beedi tycoons? Workers cannot think rationally and has to follow Communists like a herd of sheeps. It is only the people like Sai Deepak, coming from a privileged class, caste who can think rationally. This shows his classist, casteist self.
Unionisation of Starbucks, Amazon is happening today Mr Sai Deepak, that too in USA. So, in US tea shops communists shout slogan and Starbucks workers follow them? Without caring to cross check this guy is bluffing Sanghi lies as "facts" and it is his andh bhakts who swallow it without water.
Tea shops until 80s used to be a venue of fierce discussions. In companies, while workers work, there used to be someone who read out newspaper. That is Kerala. In Sai Deepak Tamilnadu there are still hindu temples which lower castes are not allowed to enter. You will have the same thing in Uttarakhand too.
People like pearl are those low IQ, discipline lacking kids who can only debate with their parents and win by shouting at them and creating a scene. The moment they are out on the streets even against avg. Joe, they will start having mental health issues 😂
Dr Tharoor did not fail against Mr Deepak. He merely argued for a holistic approach rather than restricting oneself to condemning that which is bad (which Dr Tharoor never disagreed with). Ultimately, Mr Deepak lacks the broad-minded perspective of Swami Vivekananda, which is why his view can never have the thoroughness Hinduism/Sanatana Dharma and भारत deserves.

I am glad someone is trying to fact-check J Sai, but I think he was trying to diss BJP by saying that they are not "Hindu enough", because he distinguishes Hindutva and Hindu imo. Another thing you might want to add to your criticism of the law, which I found as the major problem with farm laws and CAA, is the extreme use of delegated legislation. That is, parliament gives power to administrative offices or officers to publish notifications and such notifications being law as the sections give them such power. Moreover, that makes the entire procedure of the implementation of CAA something that was never tabled in the parliament in the 1st place; it was just stated (in the case of CAA) that such notification and rules would be published by the HOME MINISTRY (as per previous versions of the tabled bills, but the section 18 of Citizenship Act(CA) 1955, which CAA amends gives such power to "central gov", therefore "Home Ministry"). I am against the law because it effectively makes Home Minister Secretariat responsible for implementing NRC-CAA. BJP has a history of not writing down adjective or procedural parts of laws and delegate such legislation. Section 18(4) of CA 1955 needs such notifications to be tabled in the parliament for approval like Industrial Relations Code section 99(5). This, again, is something the BJP can do easily as they have such a special majority in parliament that the opposition can do nothing(2/3 of 545 is 363 not 303, so close enough for them to score a few other parties or individuals), so F.

3) 13:00 : Are you saying that protesters may have no knowledge and still protest! Then your argument falls flat against Boycott culture, Watsapp forwards, Changing name from India to Bharat, because many of them are ill-informed. I think, one needs to know what they are getting into before protesting.
4) 18:00 Is Data entry errors an excuse for not carrying out NRC? Shouldn't we know our country's citizens? Probably there will be more than one drafts and also, the cut off date is 2014. SO those excluded from NRC will have to prove that they have been staying in India even before 2014/ Is it difficult to do so?
5) Why should we accept refugees? Look at wht is happening in Scandinavian countries, USA etc. what shall happen to already scanty resources we have? What about unemployment? You will still blame the State. It is better we prevent it.

CAA is the perfect example of government policy discrimination based on religion. It's an objective fact and data.

except the fact that nobody was being thrown out, even so many Hindus don't have enough documents for the NRC to be implemented. It was clear that it wasn't going to be implemented anytime soon and the government would take care of the loopholes whenever they do implement it. As for CAA, it has got nothing to do with Muslims already living in India.
Since Muslims have already been given the land they demanded so much, it's just to throw them out.
The nation was divided on religion afterall. Secular got added by Indra Gandhi later on, which was anti constitutional itself.
The question is whether J Sai Deepak will able to accept that he can be wrong almost so many times.
