Thank you for teaching English here. I am living in Florida. In my opinion, politicas have been being important event in anyone's life, whether or not people like. When someone said he or she don't like to talk about political, that means they fear to face the truth in them life. The politica is the public service. I think that there are two reasons which people don't like politica. One is the sin in everyone, they don't like that sin; the other is the hypocrisy in order to pandering to the hypocritical hobbies of the majority.
I used to be a teacher. I believe that truth is the prerequisite for goodness and beauty, although truth is not something most people are willing to accept.
People may can not always know the truth by self-reliance, but losing interest in seeking the truth, or even disliking the pursuit of the truth is a big social problem.
I have no any problem you talk about politic, economy, religion, sport, America Habits, American social problems, drugs, police, prejudice, the american way society, the changes of climate, the media or wars. It makes part of every society. All of those aspects are global subjects nowadays. So thanks you for teach English for us talking about all is possible, all we can learn new expressions, new vocabulary and develop our thoughts in English. Congratulations. Hugs!

It’s impossible to escape politics. From the moment you step into a supermarket and see inflated prices to the doctor’s office where healthcare costs are discussed, politics are woven into the fabric of our daily lives. Sending a child to school, paying utility bills, even the ongoing debate about immigration - all of these are deeply intertwined with political decisions.
Politics are essential for a functioning society, but choosing the right course for a nation is a complex and often divisive process. We often rely on ratings of politicians to guide our choices, but these ratings can be deceptive. History is filled with examples of how fickle and unpredictable public opinion can be. Remember how the people welcomed Jesus with cries of “Hosanna!” only to turn on him a week later, demanding his crucifixion? That’s the reality of political ratings - they can be fleeting and unreliable.
Perhaps a wiser perspective comes from an older man in a British movie I once saw. A group of young designers were engaged in a heated debate about the merits of the Labor and Conservative parties. An older man, working quietly in the corner, was asked who he supported. His response was simple yet profound: “When I was twenty-five, I knew who I was for. I was for the Labor party. When I turned forty, I also knew who I was for. I was for the Conservatives. But now, after fifty, I don’t know who I am for.” This man’s reflection on his political evolution highlights the complexity of political choices and the fact that even our own convictions can change over time.

I used to be an architect. If someone says he doesn't like architecture because the houses he sees are ugly, I think it's because he either has a vision problem or he has never seen a great and magnificent building.
Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Lincoln, Reagan and many other great politicians are the pride of the United States. I personally think that what attracts many people to learn English (including myself) is not how interesting the language itself is, but the unique and great constitution of the United States and the political and administrative systems that follow it, and what's even greater is that the people of this country have always insisted on following this system. This is what makes this country rank first among all countries in the world, and it is also the main reason why many foreigners, including me, love the United States and love to learn English.
I write from Peru, I believe the situation in the United States is the result of the injustice (wars) they have sown in the world with their politics. Clearly the American leaders don’t care about their own people neither

The United States is a great country and haven an example to follow around the world from its foundation because it has the first constitution that inverted the pyramid of power in 1776, 248 years ago placing the people in power with freedom. Nadizhda, let me tell you something: The name of the Constitution of United Estates of America is WE THE PEOPLE. Tha name was created for The Founding Father.
United Estates has no blames that some presidents with bad intention have been trying to removed its pillars to destroy everything including the mind of our children.

Hello Tanya. Politics has its proper vocabulary, reasons and history. People always have been quarreling because of this stuff as well as about a football or soccer match. In this country anyone has to be cautious before open the mouth. The former President belongs to a centenary" political party. There are generations and generations of people loving the founder J.D. Perón, deceased yet, many years ago. They created lots of poor people who received a handful of coins and a piece of bread but not education. They destroyed, economically and socially the country, but those persons don't accept it. Anyway there isn't any candidate new, honest, at all... Thanks Tanya, Susana de Argentina

it's such a sensitive topic.... as the the greatest country in the world and the world leader, i really hope you will have a wiser president who can heal the world, not only your US ppl, and eliminate the evil. Trump is a business man, but Biden... I am not offending, is he the real president or just a spokesman? I have one question, GOP members vote Trump as the next nominee, and for Democratic, Biden is the only option as he is the seating president?
