You are very welcome! Adjusting a window is not hard once you know the basis of how it works but it's not something one would know how to troubleshoot automatically. Glad to hear we could help

I have Milgard fiberglass woodclad. They don't appear to have an adjustment.

Hi there, my window sits flush at the bottom and the knob turns tight, but there's gap at the top left. I hear all outside noises from the gap. Again, its on the top floor, so am not able to access it from outside. Would this adjustment work in my case? Your help is appreciated.

My window is stuck and won't close. Can't get to it from the outside, it's on an upper floor. What should I do?

Hi J C, that's a great question! If you are turning the handle and nothing is happening- the crank gear is broken. If you are turning and the gear comes in, the slider at the bottom of the sash is broken. In either case, your window provider should be able to replace the broken crank for you. Let us know if there's anything else we might be able to help you with!
