Really nice home. Loved the formal dining room and kitchen, large bedrooms, not so small you can barely fit a bed in them. Lovely landscaping, enough space to add your own tastes in gardening.
Wow this home was so perfect it had every amenity that I could dream of I would have liked to see a little bit more complex walk-in closet for the master suite or bedroom but this house definitely gets five stars I absolutely loved it it was so beautiful and that was the perfect name to describe this house prestige
Unlike so many of the open house video tours you see of homes in Canada, this one is actually quite beautiful on the outside, as well as on the inside. (For some reason, so many of them have exteriors that are ugly and tacky as hell.) But there is one problem: I don't understand the appeal of having the upper floor, where the bedrooms are, open to the "family room" below. Any noise from the TV will just travel upwards and disturb those in the rooms above who are trying to sleep, do homework, etc.
Another masterpiece of interior/exterior design by Prestige. Only change I would have made or requested if this were my custom home would be to close off the kitchen to the rest of the home. Wanting to keep cooking aromas contained. Could partition off the kitchen with French doors. :) No basement? :)
@@scardera Yeah I only watch houses here in Mississauga Like did you see the house with underground garage on this channel it was 3.5 and There was one while on mississauga road still was three quarters the size of this for 5.
Tranquil colours are trendy right now, not bright colours. Mind you each person has their own taste. This house looks like it was decorated professionally.
