My interview started by me telling them a little bit about myself and why did I choose the company. Then followed my the questions they had for me and finally I had to role play on how I would sell a product to member. Good luck let me know how it went!

When she asked him what he'll do if he saw someone take the money he gave the wrong answer. First of all, tell management right away. Second of all, do not let the thief know that you know. The reason is the person might stop for a couple days/months and then be back again. They need to do an investigation seeing what the teller is taking. I know this because I have a background in loss prevention.

Dont be this guy. Its easy to get job just show them you can talk. Dont show your nervous side and joke around a little to ease atmosphere around you. And dress on point. Wear suit, Brown leather shoes get cute haircut and trim your beard and dont worry about failing. If you fail you at least experience interview and will be prepared for next one. Good luck folks
@@David-xy4br You don't need a suit and tie to get a job. My brothers both have proven that and one works for the law enfrocement and another works at a sales representative. I actually didn't have to wear anything fancy, just something business casual at my interview and I start on the 30th. In jobs like this they really look for customer experience, and experience in sales. They look for your personality and how you would benefit them work wise. No suit and tie needed.

just a heads up for ANY interview dont say the perfectionist thing! most interviewers will see right through that! thats barely even something negative. try to be honest and then say how youre working to fix that weakness.

I only lasted four and a half months due to some mistakes that were made that i tried to improve on and numerous member complaints. After 6 months of being on unemployment, and applying for several jobs, ive not been successful. And just recently had an interview with another bank and even with just 4 months of experience, i still didnt get the job! Its very frustrating cuz i want to be in banking but after this as well as being let go and not even being interviewed by two other banks I applied for, its been very discouraging. Ive never been this long without a job and need one bad! Good luck to anybody out there fixing to do an interview at a banking institution or somewhere else.
Apply for job with USPS. You will have lots of work if you live in a metro area... and you can even volunteer at other locations. They pay mileage and will sometimes put you up in hotel depending on the need.
It is a real interview? The interviewer feels not confident at all. She always looks down in her paper and reads what it is there. I thought it should be more or less free conversation. She should know all these questions. She even read the info about the culture in her bank. it looks like she doesn't know anything about her bank. But I liked how the guy answered the questions. Great job!

I interviewed with Wells Fargo not so long ago and it was so awkward....the interviewer was typing on her computer facing the opposite way of me....it was as if she was ignoring everything I said.. Never had I experienced this...EVER! SO RUDE!
Brad, I would say you will experience similar questions. I would encourage you do do research on the company prior to going in for the interview, as it will show a heightened level of interest on your part. The companies will likely ask you what are called "behaviorally oriented questions." This means that they will ask you questions referring to your past experiences, hoping to see how your work ethic would transfer to their company. I would encourage you to think through some examples of times you have had strong customer service, gone above and beyond in your position, or handled sticky situations.
Thanks for the input; I've been doing a bit of research and it would seem the questions will be similar. It's a lot of hearsay though so this helped give me a better idea of what to expect.

I would stay away from giving the, "being a perfectionist" answer to the what is your greatest weakness question. It's been used so many times in interviews already, and it will likely decrease your chances of getting hired.

True. Me and my husband practiced practiced these questions. I personally feel like it was because I was extremely nervous. The good news is I applied at Spirit Airlines for there Flight Attendant position 3 months ago and have t heard a thing yet. I checked my application status and it says I passed the assessment with. 94. I also got a invite to the final hiring interview to see if I get the job 😁😁😁😁
@0:40 and this fails already. Interviewee does not TELL that he is going to take notes but ASKS permission, i.e.: "Is it OK that I too take notes for my own record?" Once permitted, you may open your 'whatever' and not till then. I'm done with this immediately.

True. Me and my husband practiced practiced these questions. I personally feel like it was because I was extremely nervous. The good news is I applied at Spirit Airlines for there Flight Attendant position 3 months ago and have t heard a thing yet. I checked my application status and it says I passed the assessment with. 94. I also got a invite to the final hiring interview to see if I get the job 😁😁😁😁
And the odd thing is my husband d said when one door closes another one opens !!!!

@0:40 and this fails already. Interviewee does not TELL that he is going to take notes but ASKS permission, i.e.: "Is it OK that I too take notes for my own record?" Once permitted, you may open your 'whatever' and not till then. I'm done with this immediately.

@1:10 I did a little research on your company, TO BE HONEST.....is one of the stupidest statements you can make in an interview as it alludes to dishonesty unless otherwise stated. These two mean well but are not of any authority to be presenting themselves as such.

Sorry, but the answer pertaining to training your coworkers wasn't good. And the idea that you see yourself as a coach for coworkers... I don't think your coworkers would like you. I understand you are trying to work in management... but leading by example and learning from the bottom up would have a better outcome.
