    When she asked him what he'll do if he saw someone take the money he gave the wrong answer. First of all, tell management right away. Second of all, do not let the thief know that you know. The reason is the person might stop for a couple days/months and then be back again. They need to do an investigation seeing what the teller is taking. I know this because I have a background in loss prevention.

    Yall, i have been through so many of these and have only been successful once due to having references. While it’s still important to be prepared for these kinds of interviews, its mostly about who you know than what you know. I only lasted four and a half months due to some mistakes that were made that i tried to improve on and numerous member complaints. After 6 months of being on unemployment, and applying for several jobs, ive not been successful. And just recently had an interview with another bank and even with just 4 months of experience, i still didnt get the job! Its very frustrating cuz i want to be in banking but after this as well as being let go and not even being interviewed by two other banks I applied for, its been very discouraging. Ive never been this long without a job and need one bad! Good luck to anybody out there fixing to do an interview at a banking institution or somewhere else.

    • @aaronkimble5935
      @aaronkimble5935  6 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Brad, I would say you will experience similar questions. I would encourage you do do research on the company prior to going in for the interview, as it will show a heightened level of interest on your part. The companies will likely ask you what are called "behaviorally oriented questions." This means that they will ask you questions referring to your past experiences, hoping to see how your work ethic would transfer to their company. I would encourage you to think through some examples of times you have had strong customer service, gone above and beyond in your position, or handled sticky situations.

      LMAO 100% But In the end, KARMA happens as the the head manager who is interviewing him said "there are a few more candidates that we need to interview" That means, he is NOT THE FIRST PICK TO GET HIRED.
      Like who the hekk is that fat dude thinks he is? that he is soo confident on his own skin that he can just interview and acts above the general manager of the bank brank who is interviewing him like he already know that he is getting hired? While he just demonstrated a red flag in the end.

    For such a bank teller job that the guy is getting interviewed for, he answers questions OUT OF THE ACT LIKE HE IS GETTING HIRED TO GET THE MANAGER POSITION OF THE BRANCH.... Like really? do all candidates and applicants applying to get a "TELLER" job MUST ACT FAKELY to get HIRED AS A TELLER NOW THIS DAYS?
    But what if most applican'ts don't have EXPERIENCE WORKING in the bank before?

    • @roomofcybertron6380
      @roomofcybertron6380 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@avrasya5807 That's right, several years ago, all a candidate needs to get the "teller' job in the bank is just a "high school diploma" or proof that you finish and graduate high school.. Now, they need more than that, like a college student, with some financing bachelor degree, minimum 3 years customer service, EVEN-knowing how to trouble shoot a computer incase IT LOST IT'S INTERNET or UNABLE TO CONNECT TO A WIFI.. You MUST also be taking marketing class, selling experience, accounting, and even some MORE RIDICULOUS IS a BS!-REQUIREMENT THAT IF YOU CAN TYPE LESS THAN 50 SECONDS OF KEYBOARIND TYPING SKILLS.

      True. Me and my husband practiced practiced these questions. I personally feel like it was because I was extremely nervous. The good news is I applied at Spirit Airlines for there Flight Attendant position 3 months ago and have t heard a thing yet. I checked my application status and it says I passed the assessment with. 94. I also got a invite to the final hiring interview to see if I get the job 😁😁😁😁

    @0:40 and this fails already. Interviewee does not TELL that he is going to take notes but ASKS permission, i.e.: "Is it OK that I too take notes for my own record?" Once permitted, you may open your 'whatever' and not till then. I'm done with this immediately.

    Sorry, but the answer pertaining to training your coworkers wasn't good. And the idea that you see yourself as a coach for coworkers... I don't think your coworkers would like you. I understand you are trying to work in management... but leading by example and learning from the bottom up would have a better outcome.
