Not sure why this anime has such negative comments. From the recap it looks fine. It’s a romance slice of life anime that’s open ended. Most people don’t find the person they will love until the in high school. This is more realistic than many anime where the leads fall madly in love. When you’re that young you often don’t know what love is

I Wish they shared more Moments went Out together Like an amusement Park or to an Festival wearing an Kimono and the typical stuff He carrying her cause she Had blisters on her feet and all that stuff Something Like that. And they both Tell each Other they Love each Other and end as a Couple. Like there is No Point in the Story If they come so Close to each Other and let IT end Like this.
Isnt that kinda hinted on in the story with her friends that no matter how much you want to keep things the same its not how things work out. Sometimes, all we have is that short time with the group of people we are gravitating in the sane place and time with until its over in a flash and you take whatever good or bad that you encounter with you as you move on to different phases in your story. Like the ending of samurai champloo when they all walk away in different directions, it was the end of that story i for one think its a beautiful thing

The comments are super negative and this is my fav romance manga so its kinda sad lol but yes i agree he treated her bad at the start but as someone who has read the manga many times he has had his reason and (SPOILER) he was being guilt tripped and manipulated by another girl so that he would not get with the ml but at the end he takes around 16 chapters to win her back and apologize in the meantime the fl also dates another guy who likes her (he is a green flag but he also misuse her vulnerability) but regardless this is also their first time falling in love and *this is a age of coming romance you cant expect them to ask like adults and manage relationships like them* but to another y'alls concern HE STILL DOES LIKE HER AND HE'S NOT AS BAD AS PEOPLE THINK HE IS

Two people can be friends and be affectionate and caring towards one another and even have platonic love born out of this comfort, and it's fine because they understand and are happy with the line. The moment one of them starts to develop romantic feelings for the other then suddenly the one who doesn't reciprocate is the bad person because how can they lead their friend on like that...even if they both have romantic feelings for one another, if one doesn't want to pursue anything more than friendship with the other, this is as valid as the other choosing to fully embrace their feelings. Yes, confessing to your crush can be hard but sometimes it can also be selfish.
