I think this is a western way of looking at things. Every story has "An ending" But do they REALLY? Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, did their lives just STOP at the wedding? No, there were days, weeks, months years that came after, more people came into their lives and left them, More things happened. What WE saw was the beginnings of their stories, but NOT the end. This story didn't have the "Disney Ending" because their lives didn't end. We've been allowed to see a part of it, but there will always be more. It would be NICE if we're allowed to see more, But the story is fine if we don't because it's HEADED in the direction we hope for anyway. In a western ending every loose end is neatly tied up. In REAL LIFE when you tie one thing up, another thing comes loose. Their story, like life, Goes on.

I mean, it does seem like Beatrice may have put an end to it, but who knows. If she *is* safe, I'd like some resolution beyond the cold man and her fall in love. Almost all the men love her and vie for her, so there's tons more room for drama and mystery. If it just ends here, then I feel a loss of potential. I'd like to see her fight some monsters with Adam, personally.
