I've been using a 4wt for smallies this year as well. It's hard to imagine 17 to 19 inch smallmouth in a very skinny creek on a 4wt unless you actually do it. Fun video.

Me too. Summer was pretty slow for us down here in middle Tennessee. I managed a good 18" fish in the middle of May. Averything else was 12 inches and under the rest of the year. Still fun though

I don't have a 4 wt but I do have a couple of 3 wts so maybe I can use on of them. At any rate it looks like fun. The problem is that here in central Michigan the streams have been up most of the year. Keep the good stuff coming buddy.
