I forgot to mention in the video that you should place one side of your pin's rubber band onto the yellow rod. It is to help provide downward tension on the pin when pulled back. This rubber band layout can clearly be seen in the shooting section of the video. This gun doesn't use any broken parts. I laid out the instructions to cater to those who cannot build the suppressor, which will be built lastly.
I do like how the bullet goes through the suppressor I just wish it didn't slow the rounds down. I always appreciate you taking some time to write me up a comment!
Great video. I remember messing with knex guns when years ago and following so many designs on instructables. That magazine design is very similar to something I had made. Blast from the past haha. I love that people are still very much into Knex guns.
Thanks man! Im glad you decided to write a comment! Instructables definitely was the go to website back then. I can remember so many great gun builders that used to post regularly on there. It’s a little discouraging just knowing how far and how many people we had back then only to see how far it’s gone downhill. Just a hobby of the past I guess! And yes that magazine design has been around for ages haha
@@bluemulletknex my name on there was CuddlesMcT. No idea why, but it was. The original post for my particular magazine design is still there. I wanted to show my friends how crazy you could get with knex so this video showed up for results. There was one particular guy who made a lever action one but he never released full instructions, despite showing a close up on the mechanism. It was perfect. Tube fed and everything. What I noticed before I stopped is that a lot of people didn’t want to share their designs. The community shot itself in the foot by doing things like that. Ah. His name was bakenbitz94. That video is on TH-cam too. It was the one mechanism I wanted to make.
@@ManlyBuns Hey I remember you! You had the cactus as a profile picture! The instructables K’Nex gun community was one to behold haha. Definitely had it ups and downs but I’ll save you the essay report.
I love it bro! It's such a cool gun I love the suppressor it's a pretty neat design. When I saw the part on the how to build suppressor I was like yea I can't build this lol. Also maybe can you try to make your next gun with maybe no micro pieces? The micro pieces are the reason I can't build them.
I’m glad you like this build. I’ll keep my use of micro parts in mind while building. Id much rather use them if it means the gun will be better. With that in mind many of my replicas and magazines will probably continue to use them. Especially the smaller sized guns.
That is interesting to hear. I had 3 117’s on my metallic black version and the trigger held up without any issues. Which part of your trigger is breaking?
@@bluemulletknex Ok, so what I did was took the trigger apart and then put it back together, Then it worked Also, I added an extended mag that can hold 15/16 bullets. I added an AR-style stock and I didn't have any tires for the suppressor so I modified it so it looks like a muzzle. Overall it works great. Thanks for responding to my comment and I hope you continue to make knex cool again. :D
@@andrewgrafton1924 I’m glad to hear that you have it working now! Those modifications sounds really cool. Does your stock have a pin guide on it? I feel like this gun could benefit greatly from one. I’ll continue to share my builds. Glad I have people like you who’re still interested in the hobby.
To shoot the wrist flicker, simply slot (using the center hole) a white snowflake connector onto the small green rod (this rod is attached to the “catapult” via a green connector). Then simply wind your wrist back towards yourself and “flick” it forward to launch the white connector. The wrist flicker may trick you by the double connector sitting where a trigger normally would be. It is not a trigger and instead a safety. Just place your finger under it to keep the “catapult” from moving.

that mag mechanism is so genius
Yes it really is. It was built by an old instructables member, I just did some minimal mods.
That trigger mech is brilliant! I like that you made the suppressor part of the functional barrel instead of purely cosmetic, excellent work as usual!

sick gun dude
Thanks man
@@bluemulletknex np i will always be here for your'e new and crazy creations
Can u show me the concepts u use and stuff to design these knex guns because these are awesome
I might buy some extra little pieces and build this gun
It’s entirely up to you! You need micro pieces?
@bluemulletknex I've got a random box of those lying In my garage that I used to build the glock

BlueMullet you should make an AUG.
Aug is very high on my list. I’ve attempted to rebuild my old one however I didn’t like how it was looking. I think it needs a full refurb.
@@bluemulletknex ok.
BlueMullet you should recreate your kriss vector from your old channel and make it fire.
That’s another one on my long list. It was a collaboration with LucasTheBoss, his video of that gun is still up so you can see it shooting.
I built it and it works well. My only concern is the weak trigger it can only support like 2 rubber bands then the trigger breaks

Nice
Thanks man. Been thinking about that shell ejecting Scar you made. Really giving me the itch to re-build the one from my old channel.
@@bluemulletknexI really liked the scar I made. What is your old channel?
Dude is your eye ok after the ricochet? It looked like it hurt
It didn’t quite get my eye. If it did I would have fell to the floor haha. I had Epi-LASIK in early 2020 so my eyes are even more sensitive.
At the end when he’s hiding behind the gun because of the ricochet.🤣🤣🤣he’s just trying not to get decked it the eye.
I’m telling you this gun has it out for me haha
@bluemulletknex you need to get one of those Covid face shields so you can protect yourself from returned fire
i built this but i extended the magazine from 8 rounds to 26
Thanks for building! I’m glad to hear you modified it. 26 rounds is crazy and turns this gun into a great little war weapon.
MAKE AN FN P90
What’s your next gun gonna be
Hey! I don’t like to spoil my upcoming projects. I will tell you that the next gun will be an American replica!
An AR-15
If you’re not gonna tell me your next gun then tell me when will it be
Hello Blue Mullet! I have a question to ask. How does your K'NEX Wrist Flicker work? I just made it and I have no clue how it works

I’m surprised your walls aren’t dented. Lol🤣🤣
Lol
@@SestemTheKnexer 😂
It did end up denting my walls but only slightly. I’ve had guns leave much worse on my walls though so I won’t complain
@bluemulletknex there’s a video of someone sharpening rods and putting holes through.
@@bluemulletknex why do you have to fire at the wall like do you have knex targets or something? But this gun is sicķkkk.
