Fun fact the main actor portrayed as Thomas actually run over jumping from the car to the train in that first scene was in the hospital recovered came back and continued to film this and didn't get any kind of award but he sure does have heart and dedication to his craft

Yes the actor Dylan O’Brien got injured very badly but recovered and returned to film not only for the rest this film but finish his last few episodes of Teen Wolf and an action film American Assassin which he filmed all not too far from each other

I knew about Newt because I read the book but it still hurt. I loved Newt, book and movie character.
A little explanation as to why Newt actually got infected:
Later on in the movie, Ava Paige (head doctor, blonde woman) says that the virus has gone airborne. In the tunnel is where he probably got infected as he was shown holding his arm and told Thomas "my hand", which is where the virus is shown to be in the scene Newt reveals it.
Also, my favorite character is Chuck. I know he died in the first movie, but I loved him a lot. Wish he had more screentime and hopefully has more scenes in the books when I get them. Thank you so much for making this last reaction in the series! I love your energy and you've been one of the only movie/show reactors I've been interested in recently.
I think the reason why a lot of people don't like the last movie is because it might be not as book accurate as the last two. I know a lot of the scenes were changed, especially Newt's death. So, most book readers didn't like the movie.
22:58 If you remember later in the movie Ava paige said that the virus was in the walls (airborn). Newt never got bit but he did get infected due to him not being an immune/ the virus mutating and being able to be passed through the air.

Dude I swear they changed the plot of this movie so from the book that the actual good plot beats like Newt’s Death and Teresa’s Sacrifice don’t even hit like they’re supposed to bc the movie is 90% action sequences and 10% plot because they altered the original plot so much that the movie has absolutely nothing to do the entire runtime, but at least the action scenes are well done and there’s some pretty shots

this is definitely my favorite of the three movies so i will go part 3 then part 1 is ok and i don't remember much about part 2 , but i have seen this several times and always enjoyed it like a survival zombie situation

Honestly, this one is my favorite of the series. I love this movie as cliche as it is.
I think the action and directing of this one is probably one of the best in the trilogy. Yes it has all the plot armor for the characters and such like that to expect. But i think its a perfect ending to a trilogy that started from a maze and ended with hope. I think its definitely my favorite YA movie series. And also broke the trend of splitting a movie into two parts. After a while, that got old.
So yeah, props for thie actually being a trilogy!

I don’t know if it’s been said already but this was shot in Cape Town South Africa! Where they find Terresa is our train station. Where the kids were held and experimented on is the CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) it’s crazy seeing it because I’ve walked through there. There are a few other places I spotted from Cape Town CBD, they just made it too futuristic so it’s a “you blink you miss it” situation. I was very happy watching this for the first time!
You need to do divergent series next!!

in the end there, i dont think she would have or could have made that jump, you know how far the plane was from her!? nowhere near close to the edge there lol..
I mean in a somewhat convoluted way WKCD was good, given how it was still thanks to their resources that the cure got made, i'm willing to bet that they would've found the cure faster if Thomas put himself under the knife from the start (could just be bad writing though)

Ah, another teenage trash movie in a long list that came out on hype train of movies about "not like everyone else" teens saving the world in a fantasy unicorn post-apocalypse, based on a same level cheap book for teens.
Silly trash movie just like all of them. Not bad for watching with friends and beer to laugh at the stupid teens, primitive dialogues and cliche ending
