Well done. Most people in the States have no idea the cost of square footage in many cities around the world or places like San Fran. Is it for everyone? No. Is it cost effective, yes.
This is disgusting for 500$ a month... I pay 700 for my own room (individual heat/air) + bath (standing shower) and share a large kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven etc) and living room including 55 inch tv with 2 other roommates. All utilities are included (including high speed internet, electric and parking).
