about the word terroni (terrone in its singular form) we can say it's almost a slur used by the northern italians towards the southern referring to the feudalistic period when the peasantries were sold with the land (terra) and they were in a condition really similar to slavery. polentoni was made up later as a response to the word terroni and isn't nearly as offensive. until 30/40 years ago there was a political party that wanted to split Italy again just to separate the south by the north because the south was seen as an unuseful weight.

In fact he doesn't, when the list was over he said: "But where's Caesar?!". Cicero just reminded him of Caesar

I can’t speak for other people, but I really don’t care about the pausing.
What’s the point in you watching an educational video if you’re having to skip over information in order to make the reaction video flow better?

Well, Croatia have a complex history. Despite once that territory was inhabitated by Italians, during ww2 there was an ethnic cleansing of Italians by Titos partisans in retaliation for the terrible horrors they have suffered by the hands of our fascists. We have both decided to forgot and right now we are in good relationships with Croatians and Slovenians.
About Albany, that country once was subdued to our King, so it was almost like we was a single country. We obviously had the same troubles due to the fascists and after ww2 Albania became an independent country. But we helped them during their latest crisis and during Balkan wars. Today, despite relations are not yet entirely sanified, we share friendship and respect. We consider Albanians a bit mad, but fine people.

is one about Doggerland was an area of land, now submerged beneath the southern North Sea, that connected Great Britain to continental Europe. It was flooded by rising sea levels around 6500-6200 BCE. Geological surveys have suggested that it stretched from what is now the east coast of Great Britain to what are now the Netherlands, the western coast of Germany and the peninsula of Jutland. It was probably a rich habitat with human habitation in the Mesolithic period, although rising sea levels gradually reduced it to low-lying islands before its final submergence, possibly following a tsunami caused by the Storegga Slide. Doggerland was named after the Dogger Bank, which in turn was named after 17th-century Dutch fishing boats called .
