Even though the Simas effectively purged and ultimately exterminated the majority of the Cao family which was very close to the Xiahou family, why not the Sun family as a place for refuge instead?

werd, it's actually Huang that was able to turn the tide against Xiahou Yuan as the latter was giving Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei a lot of trouble in the battle. When Huang Zhong came in, Shu was able to prevail despite Huang Zhong was old yet the most capable officer for Shu.
To be honest I think he died by one of his men not by the guy. Also I don't think they would know each other well like that sense the messages back then where by feet, fire, and ground. Pretty much what I'm saying is that he was killed without knowing who he was until battle. Plus I don't think Books weren't even invited like back then. Yes his men were killed but not like that apparently. Usually when people know defeat people would run not continue fighting. In other words, if so it would probably be determined or broken.
Steven Blum is a legitimately talented voice actor, so I know they HAD to either be directing him to give a bad performance or he just gave so little of a fuck he just didn't try.......Im unsure which is funnier.
Jasper Grit Hype train is poor word to use the reason it gets hate is because it's bad. I've played warriors games since Samurai Warriors 2 12 year ago and fell in love with the series. I even 100% completed Dynasty Warriors 5 empires, 7, Samurai Warriors 2, 2 empires and 3. I even found enjoyment in Dynasty Warriors 6 even though they removed a lot of the content so the fact that I think Dynasty Warriors 9 is the worst game to have came out since No Mans Sly which came out 2 years ago.
I wouldn't know, I haven't played it yet. I believe the gameplay and English voice acting may lack, but the cutscenes look pretty clean. They've put thought into it
Sadly, pretty cutscenes may well be the only point the game has in its favor. Between a badly-done open world, dumbed down combat with half the interesting weapons cut out to sell as DLC, bland, poor voice acting (not even funny-bad like DW3), the game really is simply a terrible game all around. It's an insult to its playerbase.
