    I AM NOT A COOK 🤣 I NEVER WENT TO CULINARY SCHOOL...My learning of how to cook meals literally comes from me playing around in the kitchen. THE GREAT THING ABOUT COOKING IS, YOU CAN COOK YOUR FOOD HOWEVER YOU LIKE TO COOK. You don’t have to follow my steps lol I’m just here to show you a faster way to cook your food. ONCE AGAIN THIS IS HOW I COOK MY FOOD SO STOP BUGGING ME ABOUT HOW YOU COOK YOUR FOOD🤦🏽‍♀️

      You are right! It's a chuck roast cut into rib size slices. You could actually buy a chuck roast and cut it down. Usually beef country ribs are about $7.99 a pound. Depending on which one is less expensive you could create your own country ribs.

    Whenever using aluminum foil just remember.. shiny side up (dull side covering meat) keeps the moisture in (meat tender and juicy) shiny side down (dull side up) causes dryness of meat +that's why aluminum foil has 2 sides in my opinion

    Thanks for sharing I been seeing these ribs at food lion and wanted to try em on the grill. I have a quick question. When you put them in the over without foil do they render the fat like what had in the bottom of the dish when you first showed the ribs before covering with foil

    • @PepsiM
      @PepsiM  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      In the beginning it was only oil and seasonings at the bottom, after I put it into the oven without the foil yes it did somewhat render the fat.

    DO NOT EVER WASH MEAT.
    READ THAT AGAIN
    DO NOT EVER WASH MEAT
    washing raw poultry, beef, pork, lamb or veal before cooking it is not recommended.
    Bacteria in raw meat and poultry juices can be spread to other foods, utensils and surfaces.
    We call this cross-contamination
    To avoid cross contamination and food poisoning, cooking meat properly is the best way
    to ensure it's safe to eat.
    “Finally, a chef's note - the quality and taste can decrease after washing red meat.

    • @PepsiM
      @PepsiM  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Please do not come on my page and tell people not to wash their meat. I appreciate you knowledge on cross contamination but if you haven’t worked in a meat factory hush. They package dropped meat, I’m washing all my meat before I cook it. If you know how to clean and cook properly then you can avoid cross contamination.
