- I still love Ichiran, BUT I found someone new. Someone who completely changed my heart!
Tomita Ramen was INCRIDBLELY amazing!!! It was so amazing that I had to go back and eat there once more. Something about the shiny wheat (chuka soba) noodles, the rich, creamy broth, and that delicate fatty chashu pork just blew me away.

What I love the most about this is that in Jiro Dreams of Sushi I think he had mentioned that your place will be a success if you can make something amazing but also if you can make it just as amazing every time and everyday. When you went back the second day, the meal was identical which blew my mind . Very awesome

I arrived to Japan yesterday. While I was on that long flight, I came across this Japanese Documenray based on him and his ramen shop. I was drooling on the plane haha. The broth looks delicious, almost unreal. It amazing how much love he puts into his food.

I love tsukemen and I had a revelation same as you. I went to tsujita in glendale and while it doesn't look as good as the one you had, it's ok. I also wanted to say how awesome ur video was! I love how ur authentic in your videos
I went to tsujita and I've had tsukemen in japan and let me tell you, it's not on the same level. Like tsujita is good but you gotta to japan and get that next level tsukemen.
@@lonely782 Yea go to Fuunji in Shinjuku Tokyo. They Also serve intense Tsukemen pork/bonito broth. Mega Umami Bomb all the way. Left that place in a daze. It was a life changing experience.
Flew to Japan just for Tomita and I got to say Best ramen I had in my life. Had 10 bowls of some of the best ramens in my last trip.
