been wearing this beauty for a month now. im in love with this watch, with 6.5" wrist it doesn't look too big for me. im amaze with the accuracy, the deep blue dial is amazing, can't stop staring, the bracelet look tough. maybe this is one of the best mechanical watch by seiko.

Rolex end links fill completely the lugs between many other details. Like the SARX045 but it's more comparable to a mid-range Swiss offers from brands like Hamilton or Oris.
great video, and a wonderful watch, the only downside is that because of such clear lines and your perfectly aligned shot at the beginning I was able to see the gap between the end link and the case and it appears HUGE although in real life it probably isn't :)
It's actually very precise and well fitting when looking at it in person. I've owned mine for about 3weeks now and I haven't taken it off. It's painfully beautiful.
I really like the way it looks. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the white date dial which seems to throw off the rest of the dial. I think if Seiko did that dial in dark navy or black it would be a lot less distracting for me. Great watch!

@@AverageBros Even cocktails say "Made in Japan" but they come Europe and Usa. Also grand seikos say Japan and not made in. So i dont think this is for JDM. Sarbs 033 and 035 said Japan.
Either this video review is dishonest or Seiko is producing wildly inconsistent dials for this watch, as the color on my watch looks nothing like the color portrayed here. This blue looks like it leans towards purple in the light, while mine is so dark as to almost look black, and when it catches the right light, if anything it leans towards dark green. None of the gorgeous blue shown here.

I'm saying that perhaps the lighting they are using is completely unrealistic in terms of what the vast majority of buyers would experience when using this watch. If you need specific studio lighting to get this color then it's a useless review, as who wears the watch in a studio? At least he should explain that when wearing the watch under normal lighting conditions, you will not get this beautiful shade of blue. This is particularly important, because he focuses so much on the color in this video.
the old SARX013 015 versions have been out forever and were the same watch... now they are "NEW" with a price increase lol. I liked it but the size is too large and the bracelet was cool at first but i grew tired of it.
There are a couple changes to the design like the handset and the cabochon on the crown it also appears they are using the slightly better square clasp version other than that it looks to be the exact same watch. Their wasnt much interest in the old versions but they peak new interest by discontinuing and re releasing.
Hold on. The 13/15/17 have different hands, with lume. Plus, they have a signed crown vs the onyx in the 045. Also, a different chapter ring design. I actually think the dial design is better than the 43/45/47.
it's just because of where I'm filming, it's a dark room with only studio lights on the pointing to the table. In reality, there would be more light to reflect off of a normally lit room.

It is very very light blue, ice blue. And in the sun it transitions from the ice blue to bright silver. It's amazing.
