i saw one piece on tv as a little boy (2011 i guess) But I never really realized that this series is an "anime". I just looked at it and I really liked it. Many years later, in 2021, I "consciously" started to watch the anime properly again and that was the best decision. maybe even in my life. I felt very shitty at the time and still not very well up to date. But you can almost say that luffy saved my life too. his character is just wonderful, which really often made me laugh and cheered up during this dark time. He will always have a special place in my heart. The other Strawhats are also very durable and they are the perfect team. Thank you Oda for this unique adventure and wonderful journey. I can proudly say that I am a loyal One Piece fan and will continue to be in the future. LUFFYYYYY! can you hear that?? The drums of liberation. I started One Piece one year ago, the Gear 5 was already out and all the spoilers i got just hyped me more about it. When i started to watch i was so afraid of not finishing it in time and losing the Gear 5 animation release (it's been +6 months since i finished the anime lol) and i've been waiting all this time, i just feel like all the days i spent glued to my phone watching almost 30 eps a day were not in vain. My journey watching the One Piece anime started in 2015 around summer time. I remember the good days when the ice cream man would pull up on the ville and I’d get a big bag of sweets with a drink and watch some One Piece. I believe I started around the Luffy and Law vs Doffy episodes, so 694 ish. The first time I watched it I fell asleep, but the second time I fell in love with the series, with Arlong Park solidifying why it holds the top spot for me. Thank you Oda from the bottom of my heart, this got me through my lowest of days ❤️
@@animeloverjaskun8 what I mean by a new era is in the manga Luffy kinda uses his awakened form right out of the gate when fighting lucci so it’ll be interesting to see how they juggle the balance between the normal one piece animation, and the gear five like will it be a different type of animation style that works uniquely for the final saga or will it be something where the fluidity is able to easily translate between the normal stuff and gear five
But don’t mistake this for me saying that he can use gear five whenever he wants he can’t because gear five is different from all the other gears meaning that he can only use it once per day because of the stamina drain it gives him

I remember I started One Piece shortly after finishing Death Note that gotten me hooked on more anime online. This was my second fav show after DBZ for a long time, but that place got swapped after the Enies Lobby Arc where Luffy declared war on the Marines lol
my first one piece experience was maybe in 1998, usop's village chapter on magazine. it was so fun to read, but i've already known and been huge fan of dragon ball and slamdunk and yu yu hakusho which have been legendary works. few years later, one piece had become mega title on jump magazine, i remember i was so so exicited to read this series. one piece has been something like a historic, unprecedented and iconic manga in japan since then (2000 or so). anw, one piece has really interesting story and it's super long long fantastic voyage, so don't miss this.

Literally the longest running battle anime ever, hitting the highest peak so far, perhaps, ever. Luffy is one of the most important/incredible characters that fiction will ever experience and on that day it will be the best celebration of this fact that there could be. The love I have for One Piece is endless and ever-growing.

My journey watching the One Piece anime started in 2015 around summer time.
I remember the good days when the ice cream man would pull up on the ville and I’d get a big bag of sweets with a drink and watch some One Piece.
I believe I started around the Luffy and Law vs Doffy episodes, so 694 ish. The first time I watched it I fell asleep, but the second time I fell in love with the series, with Arlong Park solidifying why it holds the top spot for me.
Thank you Oda from the bottom of my heart, this got me through my lowest of days ❤️
I've been reading One Piece since the year 2000 when I was a little kid.
It's hard to describe just how excited I am for the next episode.

@@animeloverjaskun8 what I mean by a new era is in the manga Luffy kinda uses his awakened form right out of the gate when fighting lucci so it’ll be interesting to see how they juggle the balance between the normal one piece animation, and the gear five like will it be a different type of animation style that works uniquely for the final saga or will it be something where the fluidity is able to easily translate between the normal stuff and gear five
But don’t mistake this for me saying that he can use gear five whenever he wants he can’t because gear five is different from all the other gears meaning that he can only use it once per day because of the stamina drain it gives him

When I finished Naruto I thought what to watch next but then I wasn't sure if any anime would live upto my expectations as Naruto did but when I started one peice I was more than satisfied. I truly believe it's the greatest fiction of all time ...🖤

I don't think this is his peak, he still has room to improve his Conqueror's Haki and gain other abilities

Comecei a assistir One Piece na pandemia, queria apenas alguma coisa pra ocupar minha cabeça, mas depois eu simplesmente me apaixonei pela obra, via muita gente criticando one Piece, mais precisamente o começo, mas pra mim East Blue é um excelente arco inicial, apresenta bem os personagens bem como os valores dos protagonistas. Hoje eu me vejo esperando pelo apice do Luffy, o G5 representa tudo que é o Luffy, só tenho a agradecer o Oda por essa obra maravilhosa, que simplesmente venha o Gear 5 meus amigos BR

I started watching One Piece a few months ago. I finally caught up and I'm ready!
I remember wanting to start one piece back in 2020 because of all the hate and backlash it received from other people. Caught up entirely in 2021 and it has been the best thing which I have ever watched, I have so much respect for the fans and Oda himself. One piece will forever be in my heart ❤️

@@JT-km6th Yea sounds about right. I watched Anime from a pretty young age as BeyBlade, Pokemon and even DBZ was shown here. 05 or 06 for sure.
I remember I started One Piece shortly after finishing Death Note that gotten me hooked on more anime online. This was my second fav show after DBZ for a long time, but that place got swapped after the Enies Lobby Arc where Luffy declared war on the Marines lol
my first one piece experience was maybe in 1998, usop's village chapter on magazine. it was so fun to read, but i've already known and been huge fan of dragon ball and slamdunk and yu yu hakusho which have been legendary works.
few years later, one piece had become mega title on jump magazine, i remember i was so so exicited to read this series. one piece has been something like a historic, unprecedented and iconic manga in japan since then (2000 or so).
anw, one piece has really interesting story and it's super long long fantastic voyage, so don't miss this.
Finally getting to see this epic final clash animated is gonna be a total treat.
This manga is just on another level man. Read the manga and knew about G5 long ago but still getting goosebumps for the anime introduction to Joyboy🔥🔥

@@24Arrian Silence, r tard. This absolutely IS unique in a battle anime, with the decades of rich and detailed lore behind it. Literally the longest running battle anime ever, hitting the highest peak so far, perhaps, ever. Not to mention the resources being poured into animating it...even for other big battle animes, you would be hard pressed to find any "power up" being funded so well.

I started One piece in 2021 and I didn't knew anything about it. I was always curious about pirates, One Piece delighted my life. I was destined to witness this spectacular moment and I am also destined to see Luffy becoming King of the pirates 👑 😍
I started watching one piece 2021. And I got introduced by it from my uncle but I kept saying in my mind it’s too long I’m not starting it. Until one day my sister told me how about we try watching one piece. I disagreed but gave in. Right now I’m reading my manga and I’m the happiest person in the world. Thanks to Oda and the animation team for making an amazing anime that’ll never be forgotten.
The internet won't be in ONE PIECE anymore when this episode comes out. This will undeniably be one of the greatest moments in anime history!

Been a diehard One Piece fan for 18 years and out of the countless groundbreaking moments there have been all this time, there is simply nothing that has came before that is about to compare to next Saturday. Luffy is one of the most important/incredible characters that fiction will ever experience and on that day it will be the best celebration of this fact that there could be. The love I have for One Piece is endless and ever-growing.
