So if i want to do multiple pans, would I insert additional keyframes? Like say i wanna pan sll the way left until the halfway point of the video and then all the way right on the second half of the video, Would I insert a keyframe at the beginning and then the halfway point?

I noticed that you mentioned in the video that you shoot in 4k and when you upload it to Tiktok it is automatically adjusted. Can you explain to me what you mean? Because I also shoot in 4k with 25p and want to upload the video to Tiktok and in addition to the video, but in the preview settings there is no 4k, only fhd. Won't this cause problems?
