That's a handy script when you have text frames that don't have Auto Size applied to them. I have the defaults of "Basic Text Frame" in "Object Styles" and the "Text Frame Auto Size Options" set to "Height Only" and this way, when I create a new text frame, any text that overflows the frame will get (instantly) resized to the text. It's pretty useful to have this as a default behavior of the Basic Text Frame, especially for floating text frames.
I do the same for Basic Graphic Frames too except I set the Frame Fitting Options to Auto Fit and Fill Frame Proportionally. It's nice when you resize an image and it automatically adjusts to the frame. Frankly, these should be the defaults anyway.
Setting the defaults in ID is achieved when no document is open and you set your options, these will become the defaults (I'm sure you know this, but some of your viewers may not).

Yes! That is definitely a great point. I wish that was the default of everything!

Hello, when I insert a Word file and press the Shift key, all the text disappears, and when I open new pages and insert the hidden text, the text does not appear either. How can I solve this problem?

Try stretching your text frame REALLY REALLY big-there's probably an overly-large item like a photo that can't find a place to land because all the frames are too small.
