Hello mam, thank you so much for all your videos, tips and recipes. I am a big follower of your channel and have been using your methods in my home for many many things. Now during this time of Covid 19, I wanted to send a request to you if you can suggest or make videos on these : 1) How to safely store and protect the veggies and fruits so that their shelf life could be improved? 2) How to plan for day to day meals with the bare minimum amount of kitchen ingredients? 3) What all possible ways could we substitute some of the ingredients in our day to day recipes? 4) Any other ideas of suggestions for our kitchen recipe during the Covid time. Thank you for everything that you do, it is very valuable to us and praying for the world to stay safe.

Namaste Gita Ji. Thank you for another wonderful recipe. I tried it using cauliflower, potato and peas with a bit of corn also. It came out well. I used frozen grated coconut and did not add much water to the masala paste so it was probably not as fine as yours. I will try again and add more water when grinding. Thank you very much for a delicious sattvik recipe. Happy New Year to you and Uncle. 💖🙏
