Depends, most runs wouldnt make it to the end even if I wanted to because I play so aggressive for the best jokers which is throwback most of the time. Most runs are reset after the first shop when I dont get anything I can work with. Id guess that its 1-2% of runs that make it to the end. This run (my best time except for plasma deck which is op af) took idk like 2000 or 3000 attempts. But in those attempts are a couple of other sub 2:30s that happened in red, blue and green deck so far which also are pretty good times (and wrs for the decks).
Its okay to be skeptical, however, all my runs are verified on speedrun.com and done in official mode (which is a mod that adds the "official" profile I used). Im not saying that cheating isnt possible but very unlikely imo.
Once you get congratulations, it means u won. Then the final bosses will repeat each 8 antes (so ante 16,24,32), and ante 39 is the last one since the score requirement becomes naninf, and cannot be beaten even if you score naninf as well.

The menu i believe would say seeded if it was, and i think the seed in the run review would be highlighted if it wasn't a random seed
