Why don't you add 2 solar battery light panels with you and you can pull out to charge while parked? Just an idea?
Well, for these kind of huge batteries, two light solar panels would not recharge anything. To make this bike solar powered, you need at least a 2 meters long panel, so it means adding a roof to the bike, or having a trailer to carry the panel, in both cases it would make the bike become too much of a burden for me. You can check the "sun tour" to see how this kind of bike looks when it's transformed into a solar powered bike.
Considering everything, I guess you came out o.k. after an unimpressive day! I do like the gorge in Slunj. Sharing a bathroom with a bunch of strangers would leave me constipated!..I guess I am a typical American.

Why you do not carry more than one battery pack for the eBike?
