Damn great sounding exhaust? Do you mind me asking how much this setup cost, and where you found it? Does it open some valves when it’s in sports mode, or is it always that throaty? I’d love something like this for mine, the stock 05 QP, just isn’t quite aggressive enough, but I’d still like it to be quiet when it needs to be.

You cant go wrong with a maserati :) even the 4.2 with f1 gearbox has his own spirit. If you live in an area with lots stop and go i would go with normal gearbox after 2007
Hi Kanae1986, you will damage your engine if you drive like that without waiting your engine begin to be hot... You have need to wait 20minutes normal drive before you put your foot down...
Hi yes the engine is Form Ferrari or was developed by them. But in The enginebay stand Maserati ;) if The exhaust gain HP i dont know but i think no. The Car is Sold and now my dad has the QP GTS Sport. This has from the Facotry high flow Cats and Exhaust and it gain only with this 9 HP.
The 4.7 Gts sport has a active exhaust from factory and 440 hp. The car is faster than the 4.2. You have also bigger breaks bigger wheels. So it is more expensive. The 4.7 GTS Sport is also a lot stiffer. If you want comfort ride maybe the non sport version is the way to go.
