Yes. Snowy is such an inspiration. To hold the last place and then climb up to position #3 at one point.....and I am very happy about his final position. If Snowstorm can now have performances of the same caliber, then the Snowballs really have a chance. #GOSNOW
Momo could have gotten discouraged with that stoppage right when they’d taken the lead, but they finished strong and even got fastest lap. Absolutely unbelievable run. Proud to be a Momo fan right now.

Power Rankings Weekend 1: I tried to rank the performance of every marble from the whole weekend and later add them to a power ranking leaderboard throughout the season (just like the power ranking from Formula 1). 1. Momo, 10.0 points What a comeback for our rookie of the week, Momo. Starting P11, Momo used the chaos around the red flag to climb into P2, which means the best result for Team Momo in Marbula One history plus one extra point for the fastest lap. 1. Yellow Eye, 10.0 points First race, first win for Yellow Eye. After P2 in Qualifying and a start in the first row, YE overtook Smoggy and secured P1 for a perfect race weekend. 3. Snowy, 9.8 points Momo showed us an epic comeback, but Snowy gaining ten positions and getting from P15 into P5 was also remarkable. 4. Mallard 9.4 points P3 in Qualifying and P3 in race makes Mallard P4 in our Power Rankings. Solid start into the season by the Green Ducks. 5. Speedy, 9.3 points The champion from last season was on his way to another podium, when the conveyor belt stopped his dream and crushed him out of the race. 6. Bumble, 9.2 points 7. Yellow, 8.8 points 8. Sea, 8.5 points 8. Razzy, 8.5 points 10. Limelime, 7.9 points 11. Smoggy, 7.8 points 12. Prim, 7.3 points 12. Shock, 7.3 points 14. Clementin, 7.0 points 15. My thoughts on this 1st race - Ups n' Downs: Ups: 1. CCE with a great debut - Couldn't have hoped for better! Hopefully they can keep up the form and cause more damage in the top standings in the upcoming races - Also, let's hope Red Eye can show the same form as Yellow Eye! 2. Bumblebees showing consistency from their qualifying by going from P5 to P4! They will be interesting to follow throughtout the season! 3. Snowballs getting some important points after a chaotic qualifying by going from P15 to P5! Downs: 1. Savage Speeders, again unlucky by going up the conveyor belt - Hopefully Speedy will be fully recovered in his next race! 2. Hazers ending the 1st race with P11 after qualifying for the front row (P1) - Back to the drawing board for their outcome - It's early days so, hopefully we will see them back at the top for next GP 3. Midnight Wisps with a tough race and not proving themselves as of yet - Hopefully they will be back with something fresh! 4. Team Galactic not having the best start of the season compared to last season's beginning - Will have to see what Pulsar can do for them in the next GP! 5. O'rangers not getting the important first points. Going from P7 to P13 is definitely something they have to be rethinking for the next GP!
Honestly, I think you should also add Oceanics, althought they didn't do spectacularly, they went from P14 to P8 so really, I consider this as a good start !
3. Snowballs getting some important points after a chaotic qualifying by going from P15 to P5! Watching Snowy start his ascent about halfway into the race is the best thing I've seen in weeks. The Snowballs are pure racers through and through, it's why I love them.
Risky having the conveyor belt entry being a high speed section, Speedy went through there so quickly that they bounced off the conveyor belt three times between quali and the race. Will nobody think about the marbles' safety?
Yep been underachieving and it’s time the ‘rangers went in another direction. Those type of finishes might be tolerated by a second tier club like Team Primary or something, but this is O’Rangers we’re talking about.
Just realized that if you don‘t count the red flag round, it was an almost start-finish win from the Crazy Cat‘s Eyes, only being behind for the first seconds of the race and then never giving up the lead.
Magnificent performance by Yellow eye. Being able to keep cool while navigating an unfamiliar track and keeping the lead is exactly what CCE crew needed. I'm sure the coach is very pleased and a pint would be well deserved.

Agreed, I don't like the Speeders but I'd never wish harm on them. Hopefully Speedy was only retired as a precaution and they can get back on track sooner rather than later
@@BYERE The Speedsters, like all the teams, run on really high-quality kit. That protective clear coat ain't just for shine, right? I'm sure they'll be ok. Plus the emergency crews killed the escalator operation pretty quick.
As a Midnight Wisps fan this was tough to sit through. Wospy definitely wasn‘t his usual self. I wonder if he‘s okay... 😕 Well, at least Mallard made the podium, so hats off to him. Also, I wish Speedy a speedy recovery. Being stuck in that conveyor belt looked nasty! 🤞
I'm so proud of the ❄Snowballs❄! They may not have made the podium this race, but as a team they have shown an extraordinary ability to rise through the ranks during a race both in season one and now again on season two! I have high hopes for this team! SNOWBALL STAMINA!
I feel like the red flag and restart messed up Smoggy's rhythm: it looked like they were just starting to make gains in that lap that ended up not counting. And after the restart they just weren't able to get back in to full swing. It seems like even when they are not directly inconvenienced by it, the conveyor belt can still cause problems for the Hazers...

As a Cat’s Eyes fan, I am ecstatic about today’s win. However, I do feel a little bad for Team Momo and the Savage Speeders. Both teams got unlucky with the stoppage, Momo having their lead taken away and the Savage Speeders losing their position in the race altogether. Let’s hope the Cat’s Eyes can keep up the consistency though! #EyeOnThePrize
Can we talk about the real hero of this race? Snowy went from 15th all the way up to 5th. What a champ! Hope Speedy's doing ok. Maniacs really need to make sure their home track is safe!

Smoggy was not great in the first sector. I'm putting this nicely. Hate to see it happen, but let's hope we can get a podium finish next race. #hazeamaze
But actually her first start wasn't that great either. She has to work on her starts I would say, because the racing performance overall was pretty solid. Not on the level of some marbles in front of her (to be honest Snowballs, Team Momo and Crazy Cat's Eyes racers did overall the best job in the race), but still solid!
Momo demonstrated the difference between being fast and being quick. Momo was so fast he set the fasted lap and then broke his own record later in the race. However, he wasn't quick enough to snatch the lead before the red flag. That allowed Yellow Eye to maintain control for the entire race.
Team Momo getting a second place on the first race, I had a feeling they were just getting into their groove at the end of the first season and this really shows! Outstanding work, Momo! Also, Bumblebees got a top-five finish! This is shaping up to be an exciting season!

Yellow Eye is near-unstoppable if he can break away from the pack. He lucked out though, he lost the lead, but it was just after the red flag, and he was able to stretch the lead almost immediately after the restart. I think he learned his lesson and didn't try to coast again.
As an O'Rangers fan, I want the O'Rangers to beat the Savage Speeders, but not like that! The Speeders should have gotten a replacement runner. #GetWellSpeedy
Clementine seemed unable to find a way around (I think it was Smoggy?) the Hazers and was kept behind them for almost the whole race. Maybe more time should be invested into studying the other teams and looking for ways to pass them? Decent qualifying run but just couldn’t make passes today.
This is a tough day as a Savage Speeders fan. Praying for a swift recovery for Speedy. But props to Team Momo for a great start - this could finally be their year!
Great race from Mallard, fought back to retain 3rd position. Took 2nd position for a moment, but Momo was really on fire today. On other hand, I really appreciate JMR team for such high quality production! I love how you guys are able to track lap time of each individual marble, display position change of quick moving marbles in real time, react to accident quickly, and really clean camera works and editing so no humans are leaking in the final video. You guys are really the best!
I was excited when Mallard fought back after dropping to the middle of the pack. She ran a good race, and brought the Ducks back to the podium!!! Fly Ducks Fly!!!
That was a truly outstanding performance by Yellow Eye, starting off strong, not losing focus despite the tragic accident partway through, and completely dominating the race from start to finish! Looking forward to seeing my Crazy Cat's Eyes keep up this pace! #EyeOnThePrize And here's hoping that Speedy recovers quickly and is able to get back on the track at some point this season! #GetWellSpeedy
Ok I have a few takeaways. One is that the Crazy Cats Eyes are here to win. Yellow eye is a monster. And the second is that we need to make the track safer. Speedy was in a good position to podium, but the track completely ruined that for him.
True. I love how CCE are setting themselves as an opponent others must take account of. Also yeah that's a real problem, i hope Speedy is alright and can compete again next time
For real. That last section of track made it so easy to just fly into the ramp at a higher speed than usual. You can even see it in the quals, the Q2 race had Speedy in first during L1, then he slammed into the ramp at such a high speed he bounced off and lost the lead. This ramp was an accident waiting to happen
I'm not the biggest fan of Team Momo, but I have to give Momo ALL the respect due for managing to place second in this race! What a hustle! What a race!

What an amazing race! My favorite so far, from the track drama, to Limelime moving up 7 places in one lap (just to lose it all later) to the battle for first against a seemingly unbeatable Yellow Eye, and of course Snowy's climb of 10 places!
Snowy is the real MVP from dead 15th to 5th ya’ll really be sleeping on my team. Snowy always qualifies poorly but always catches up in races. #SnowMuchFun
Fortunately it seems Speedy was able to roll on the conveyor. So he's got some scratches at worst. Might have an effect on his aero and aquadynamics but otherwise it'll be unnoticeable. Had he jammed up the machinery we could very easily be looking at our first death.
@@captincanada431 In the winter marbleympics event where the two sides try to push each other off the platform. In older iterations there were fidget spinners around the perimeter that were spinning presumably at top speed. Marbles that hit them could be launched at high speed and one of those high speed marbles wound up striking a Team Momo marble breaking off a chunk of them. Interestingly, that was also the point where Team Momo went from legitimate competitor to a team that fills out the bottom of the league. Almost as if that injury tore out the heart of the team and made them timid.
Great start for the new season, beautifully designed track and a very intense first race. RR brings some heart after a disappointed ML campaign, and good luck to Speedy to get full recovery.
Even if the start of the season begins at ground zero, the Midnight Wisps always make a comeback in late game. That's the true power of #willofthewisps. A bit disappointed so far, but I have faith.
Why are you even hoping for Midnight Wisps to be good at racing? I knew it would've been disappointing, but losing 0.7-0.8 seconds per lap should be unfathomable, especially because the track in front of you is clear Hope Wospy can get his stuff together, I'm a MW fan since 2017 and the experience of M1 is barely diluted suffering right now :(
@@xTORREfiolx They were doing so well in the last league (my first) and my favorite to win there from the beginning! This race was such a huge disappointment, it really was an embarrassment. I have faith Wospy can pull it together, but with a start like that at best we can hope for a standing somewhere in the middle.

That was an unbelievable performance by Momo. I only expected to get a few points but getting SECOND and setting the FASTEST LAP TIME, is AMAZING! GO TEAM MOMO #MomoStrong But on a sad note, I hope Speedy is okay and has a quick recovery!
Razberry Racers showing the great straight line speed they've shown in the Marble League. Red Flag and restart screwed them over a little bit though. Anyway, great race.
@@15FatMike Yeah, both of Razzys starts were actually horrible, but Razzy actually stayed focused and overall did a good job in the race itself. I hoped a little bit more, but 6th for the first race is solid and I am looking hopefully forward to the next races!

The level or production in this is just insane. The graphics and timings alone must take SO long to work out - it's not like you can just stick a transponder to each marble! Also the trackside lights are a great touch, made the red flag feel so immersive

Snowy is a marathon runner, I swear. You give them enough time, even if they are in last place, they will ascend to the front.

I still don't understand how O'rangers didn't swap out Clementin. Starting just as terribly as he performed all last season.
Gotta get his races out of the way early. A lot easier to make up points mid-season than rely on him at the end to close it out.

Agreed, I don't like the Speeders but I'd never wish harm on them. Hopefully Speedy was only retired as a precaution and they can get back on track sooner rather than later

I'm so proud of the ❄Snowballs❄! They may not have made the podium this race, but as a team they have shown an extraordinary ability to rise through the ranks during a race both in season one and now again on season two! I have high hopes for this team! SNOWBALL STAMINA!

I feel like the red flag and restart messed up Smoggy's rhythm: it looked like they were just starting to make gains in that lap that ended up not counting. And after the restart they just weren't able to get back in to full swing.
It seems like even when they are not directly inconvenienced by it, the conveyor belt can still cause problems for the Hazers...

On the drop down to the straightaway Mallard ran the wrong line around 3 times which cost him 2nd or even 1st I believe.
As a Cat’s Eyes fan, I am ecstatic about today’s win. However, I do feel a little bad for Team Momo and the Savage Speeders. Both teams got unlucky with the stoppage, Momo having their lead taken away and the Savage Speeders losing their position in the race altogether. Let’s hope the Cat’s Eyes can keep up the consistency though! #EyeOnThePrize
I empathize with Team Momo and the Savage Speeders too, but holy moly Yellow Eye just purely dominated after the reset. Well deserved win.

Smoggy is an excellent qualifier, and quick off the line, but has never been the best when fighting in the pack.
that red flag really jolted razzys momentum. She started falling back afterwards. still clawed back in to a respectable sixth place.

But actually her first start wasn't that great either. She has to work on her starts I would say, because the racing performance overall was pretty solid. Not on the level of some marbles in front of her (to be honest Snowballs, Team Momo and Crazy Cat's Eyes racers did overall the best job in the race), but still solid!
Momo demonstrated the difference between being fast and being quick. Momo was so fast he set the fasted lap and then broke his own record later in the race. However, he wasn't quick enough to snatch the lead before the red flag. That allowed Yellow Eye to maintain control for the entire race.
Team Momo getting a second place on the first race, I had a feeling they were just getting into their groove at the end of the first season and this really shows! Outstanding work, Momo!
Also, Bumblebees got a top-five finish! This is shaping up to be an exciting season!

Yellow Eye is near-unstoppable if he can break away from the pack. He lucked out though, he lost the lead, but it was just after the red flag, and he was able to stretch the lead almost immediately after the restart. I think he learned his lesson and didn't try to coast again.
The restart hurt us, but Momo made an excellent recovery. Easily had the most raw speed today^^ #GoGoMoMo

Clementine seemed unable to find a way around (I think it was Smoggy?) the Hazers and was kept behind them for almost the whole race. Maybe more time should be invested into studying the other teams and looking for ways to pass them? Decent qualifying run but just couldn’t make passes today.

Great race from Mallard, fought back to retain 3rd position. Took 2nd position for a moment, but Momo was really on fire today.
On other hand, I really appreciate JMR team for such high quality production! I love how you guys are able to track lap time of each individual marble, display position change of quick moving marbles in real time, react to accident quickly, and really clean camera works and editing so no humans are leaking in the final video. You guys are really the best!
I was excited when Mallard fought back after dropping to the middle of the pack. She ran a good race, and brought the Ducks back to the podium!!!

Ok I have a few takeaways. One is that the Crazy Cats Eyes are here to win. Yellow eye is a monster. And the second is that we need to make the track safer. Speedy was in a good position to podium, but the track completely ruined that for him.

For real. That last section of track made it so easy to just fly into the ramp at a higher speed than usual. You can even see it in the quals, the Q2 race had Speedy in first during L1, then he slammed into the ramp at such a high speed he bounced off and lost the lead. This ramp was an accident waiting to happen

What an amazing race! My favorite so far, from the track drama, to Limelime moving up 7 places in one lap (just to lose it all later) to the battle for first against a seemingly unbeatable Yellow Eye, and of course Snowy's climb of 10 places!
Snowy is the real MVP from dead 15th to 5th ya’ll really be sleeping on my team. Snowy always qualifies poorly but always catches up in races.

Fortunately it seems Speedy was able to roll on the conveyor. So he's got some scratches at worst. Might have an effect on his aero and aquadynamics but otherwise it'll be unnoticeable.
Had he jammed up the machinery we could very easily be looking at our first death.

@@captincanada431 In the winter marbleympics event where the two sides try to push each other off the platform.
In older iterations there were fidget spinners around the perimeter that were spinning presumably at top speed. Marbles that hit them could be launched at high speed and one of those high speed marbles wound up striking a Team Momo marble breaking off a chunk of them.
Interestingly, that was also the point where Team Momo went from legitimate competitor to a team that fills out the bottom of the league. Almost as if that injury tore out the heart of the team and made them timid.
Great start for the new season, beautifully designed track and a very intense first race. RR brings some heart after a disappointed ML campaign, and good luck to Speedy to get full recovery.
The pace wasn't there this weekend but we'll teach them to #fearthenight next time.

Even if the start of the season begins at ground zero, the Midnight Wisps always make a comeback in late game. That's the true power of #willofthewisps. A bit disappointed so far, but I have faith.

With the pre-season tests whispy was very slow and every one said that they were sandbagging and look at them...
Savage Speeders will get their moment. Hopefully Speedy can come back next race to earn a podium and possibly a shoey.

Why are you even hoping for Midnight Wisps to be good at racing? I knew it would've been disappointing, but losing 0.7-0.8 seconds per lap should be unfathomable, especially because the track in front of you is clear

I have faith Wospy can pull it together, but with a start like that at best we can hope for a standing somewhere in the middle.

Razberry Racers showing the great straight line speed they've shown in the Marble League. Red Flag and restart screwed them over a little bit though. Anyway, great race.

@@15FatMike Yeah, both of Razzys starts were actually horrible, but Razzy actually stayed focused and overall did a good job in the race itself.
I hoped a little bit more, but 6th for the first race is solid and I am looking hopefully forward to the next races!

The level or production in this is just insane. The graphics and timings alone must take SO long to work out - it's not like you can just stick a transponder to each marble! Also the trackside lights are a great touch, made the red flag feel so immersive
