I love these Warhammer explained videos. I don’t play it, but I use a lot of the history and lore in my home brew game. These videos give me a lot of inspiration and ideas. Thanks, Bud.
I haven't played a proper WHFRPG game yet, but I have tested it out on my own. I tried out my hand as a solo play, rolled up a slayer and killed some chaos cultists! It was mainly just a combat test, but it was great.
Terrific primer on Slayers!! Would love to hear more Fantasy content!! WFRP is a terrific game - a bit crunchy, but less so than some (e.g. Pathfinder) and I highly recommend it for fans of the franchise. Character creation is Traveller-esque.
You could enter the slayer career yourself in WFRP. I'll have to look up what it had going. GW mentioned offhand that volunteering on a dwarf submarine is roughly equivalent to the slayer oath. They are coal-burning, awful things.
Brilliant vid Bud!
Cheers!
Gotrek and Snorri entered the chat!
I decided to only really focus on Ungrim and Gotrek as probably the two most famous Slayers in order to keep the video short.

Great video, always good to hear something from the old world!
Great video! I'm always down for some Warhammer content! ⚔🎇👏
Welcome back!

They will flee against all odds if their death achieves nothing. It is not about dying, but about trying to make a difference with their death.
Slayers would be terrified of falling down the well drunk and drowning I think.
Fights in WFRP tend to be small and nasty. And rare in adventures.
New intro music!
Since July last year!
