Another option in the last part is open pre-epmtively way from the Chirai shrine during exploration and finish the stone slates from there

I wish I had seen this guide before I cleared the fog D:
PSA: If you've cleared the fog already you won't be able to get the stone slate from the first part of the video at Chirai Shrine.. the relay stone gets replaced with the activation button.. my condolences to those who are forever imprisoned at 99% on Tsurumi like me
