After having it for a year now, my views have changed. Still like it but road trips are near impossible due to lack of DC fast charging (at least here in northern New England). Trips to Maine became nightmares. They all talk about fast recharging but most chargers around here are level 2. During warmer months, I vastly extended my range by50 miles or so but winter is a different story altogether. Lastly, when I had software issues with updates, my dealer was less than helpful. Still, I like the car (Core early 2023) but will try to end lease early somehow. Was told by local Subaru dealer that they pay for 10 car rentals to go on trips if you have the Solterra.
Btw. I have the XC40 recharge and have had zero issues. Better range than advertised. Absolutely love it

You can get the Solterra off Hertz for a crazy low rate.
Haven't you got the 82 kwh brutto for the xc40 recharge twin engine in US?
Volvo is not swedish but Chinese - Gehele owned. Most volvos and components are produced in china. Some in Sweden, some in Belgium, some in USA.
