    The "Klingon" subtitles, i.e. using them for errata, is an interesting idea. Blessings !

      Thank you M M Neander. We got the idea from @Rahdo who makes some great playthrough content. After a video has been released on TH-cam it is no longer possible to edit it so the Klingon subtitles give a good way to point out any rule errors or notes we come across later. Cheers!

      @@AllAboardBoardgames Thanks for your replies! It's a neat and useful idea. Random unrelated question: Had you guys already reviewed the coop game "Switch & Signal"? (which boardgamegeek says is best for 2 players). (Caveat: a prerequisite for that game may be that one likes trains.) Blessings and be well. I like your channel.

      @@mmneander1316 No, we have not played Switch & Signal. I do indeed like trains so I will keep an eye out for it. It's great to hear that you like our channel. Thanks a lot for letting us know. It is always very nice to read comments like that and it encourages us to keep making videos! :-)

      Hi Ian! We are doing very well, thank you. Hope all is good with yourself. I really like this one - I am a fan of city building games and this is quick and well designed. It is even better with more players so could be a good one for your group. Cheers!

      @@AllAboardBoardgames cool. I’m just picking up Splendor Duel so I might get this as well. Always on the lookout for games we can play with our group.

    OMG, the mere scoring for this game takes a full 8 minutes ! That will not attract some types of players ...

    • @AllAboardBoardgames
      @AllAboardBoardgames  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi again M M Neander. The scoring can take a while because there are a lot of different things to score, but with the scorepad it is quite smooth and you don't really know how well your cities are doing until the last moment so we always find it to be an exciting time.

      @@AllAboardBoardgames I understand. My own preferences lie more in the direction that at every time during the game itself it's obvious at a glance who's in the best (winning) position. I get it though that other people have other preferences, that is completely fine. Blessings.

      @@mmneander1316 For sure. Different people certainly do have different preferences. We are lucky that there are such a wide range of games to choose from. There really is something for everyone!

    Another great playthrough. This one is very puzzly. I don't think I'd like it but it was fun to watch and even more fun that Jamey won! I just picked up Beer and Bread today and it looks like a perfect game for you two to cover if you'd consider it. It has a couple of really clever ideas I haven't seen before and I think you'd really enjoy it. Great job!

      Hi Jon. Thanks a lot for the comment. I really like city building games so I found this one a lot of fun. It would have been nice to beat Jamey though! I have heard of Beer and Bread, but haven't tried it. I'll certainly keep an eye out for it, and beer and bread are two of my favourite things too! haha Cheers!
