My favourite Paper Mario game and I would argue it's my favourite Mario title. This game was such a masterpiece. Chapter 3's screen of Mario ready to face off with an "INVINCIBLE" opponent has always struck a cord with me. It's so epic, the music is fantastic, and is a sneak peak into Bowsers own invincibility. The final fight is my fav Mario finale ever. When Bowser utters those words "This time I became invincible and I STILL couldn't beat him!"...that just seals it for me. Thank you Paper Mario!!

While searching for a way out of the Forever Forest, he is captured by the Boos of Boo Mansion, led by Lady Bow. Bow promises to set Skolar free after Mario and his friends defeat Tubba Blubba. When Mario defeats Tubba Blubba and Skolar is freed, he gives him the ability to use the Star Storm move. When Star Storm is used, Skolar appears in battle, causing stars to rain on enemies from above, causing seven points of damage each, similarly to the Shooting Star. The move costs two Star Power. He later appears along with the rest of the Star Spirits in Star Haven when they give Mario the Star Beam.
I'll admit I actually fell bad for Tubba Blubba, I know he ate almost everyone in the town but he was just to scared of the ghosts cause they kept scaring him, do maybe that's why he joined Bowser so that he could get revenge
Honestly the boss fight at the end of the chapter is super underwhelming. It feels more like a mid boss than a chapter boss with how easy it is. This is the secret of the invicible tubba blubba. It should have been atleast a bit more intense
