Ignoring whether or not the compressor is powerful enough, in front of the trigger there's a depth control wheel. That controls how deep your brad head goes. As far as 'hiding holes' goes, I've never seen that in a tool, I've only ever seen it done manually. Are you thinking of a pin nailer? It's a different tool for a different purpose (looks very similar), but uses pins without heads.
