Beautiful work! Those little touches like the woman scrubbing her doorstep and the boy and man at the gate watching the train pass by really make the scene come alive.
Cracking layout, clever use of kits etc too, fantastic. But even through quality headphones etc model loco sound still hasn't come far in twenty years. I'm guessing that's due to speaker tech in a confined space and because sound (waves), like water, doesn't scale well.
