Before I had trouble with the traction and kept almost ending up on the sidewalk. I got like 6.5" springs and drag slicks in the rear and a rear wing and it handles almost perfect. I wish I could get the horsepower up more though.

Since the shells aren't in the catalog anymore you have to keep going to the used car lot. if you can't find the car you're looking for advance to the next day and repeat. or just turn on garage cheats and use testme then click screw driver. will allow you to pick the vehicle you want.
The reason your first repair was so epensive is because you bought a used car and didn't repair it. You stuck an awesome engine in it, crashed then repaired the whole vehicle. You can see the rear suspension is worn when you were trying to change ride height. Lastly a big thumbs up for all the great videos. :-)

Alex, you realy didn't noticed that the price for repair first time was because you haven't fixed your car after buying it from used car lot and the car chassis was badly damaged...And if you want to try top speed you can get with your car, get to the strom drain, that drain under the bridges, I don't know exactly how they are called.

Only way 4200 RPM is Max performance is if it's floating the valves at that RPM. Stronger valve spring with aluminum heads will allow more RPM because the valve will be able to close. You can't gain power if the valve stays open. You lose compression and it can't get anything from the stroke. Cam isn't too big or it would skip so it just needs the ability to close the valve faster.
I haven't played that version but try pressing 1 or 2. 1 should repair your car for free when your on a map, 2 should reset your vehicle and should flip it over if it's upside down

A .rar file is a compressed file. Did you run it through WinRAR or something similar to extract the file. There also could be more than one file in the .rar file
